* do what you think is right* she answered simply. When night fell I put Elliot to bed and waited until he was asleep before I stood up and sat on the window sill and loked outside silently listneing and looking around for anything alarming

I nodded and laid in bed thinking of something

I sat on the windowsill and lifted my head up and stretched my wings and sat outside on the roof again looking around swearing that I saw something.

I walked behind her making noise so she knew I was going up behind her

I looked up "Hey, what's up?" I asked looking back to him after I heard him grateful he didn't jsut sneak up on me like Deadly did on the odd occasion

I put my arms around her and kissed her lightly

I kissed him back and put my hands on his arms. "have anything tosay?" I asked curiously

"I know a way you can make it up to me." I said smiling

"Ok then, you going to tell me?" I asked and lenaed back on him happily

"For you to kiss my ear better." I say hugging her more to my chest

I smiled "Ok then" I said wriggling a bit to loosen his arms so I could kneel up and kissed his ear softly

My ear felt better and carried her to bed because it was late and she needed sleep

I just put my arms around my his neck as he carried me and frowned slightly "don't try that magic on me ok? I'm not very tired" i said despite the fact I actaully was and felt my eye closing and rested my head on his shoulder

"I won't, I'd like to keep my ears." I said putting her to bed and laid down myself and curled up

I curled up into him my wings resting over us both and swiftly fell asleep

I got up without disturbing her rest and walked outside to get fresh air

I remained asleep and Deadly had fallen asleep in Elliots room, he was already growing up. I woke up a little bit after and looked around for him but aly back down not sure if he jsut wanted to be alone for a bit

I laid on the porch in my cat form making sure everything was alright

I walked outside and sat down beside him "come on, everything will be fine" I said and rubbed him under his chin and kissed his nose

I nodded and walked inside the house and trotted in front of her until I went into the kitchen

I walked beside him keeping a hand on him and massaeing his fur gently "Is there anything you want to do tomorrow?" I asked him.

"Yes actually." I said looking up at her

"ok then, what is it?" I asked and heard Elliot calling em adn walked in the room and picked him up and hugged him rocking him in my arms as he gripped a few of my feathers and kissed his head and he giggled he had grown small little wings over time which were much darker than mine.

"Well I thought we could bring Elliot to the park to play." I say shrugging nervously

"that would be a good idea, he hasn't been there yet and we haven't been outside for a while either" I said nodding "and don't be so nervous either" I giggled as Elliot tugged one of my feathers and tickled me slightly. "I guess we should get some sleep" I said and Elliot clapped hearing the conversation he was excited already "sleep little one, you'll need it" I said
