I licked him back and then heard Shasta making sounds that were hunger sounds. I got off of him and laid down letting her suckle from my engorged stomach that was full of milk for her to drink

Something bit me and I jumped up squealing and running off with something hanging onto me. I was bleeding bad from it biting me and holding onto my flesh

I chased after them and quickly got it away from her and settled her down licking the wound and healing it and guarded her standing protectively over her

I put some herbs on it and licked the wound clean putting one of my paws on hers and stopped the bleeding completely and quickly "the herbs should get rid of any poisons and the wound shouldn't bleed at all now" I said and licked her muzzle and soothed the wound for her
