Jaypaw came out of the medicine cat den and rolled his eyes. "Can we have enough peace for one day? I bet the whole world can hear you," he mewed with frustration. He was blind, and mad he couldn't become a warrior. But he had the power of three in his paws. He went over to the fresh-kill pile, and grabbed a peiece of fresh-kill and sat down, eating it.

Zack~
"I'm sorry, Jaypaw" I apologized, finishing my mouse and sitting back on my haunches.

Honeypaw giggled, looking at Jaypaw. "Stop it, Jaypaw... remember, you got into more trouble than any cat hear when you were a kit."

Jaypaw grumbled and got back up. "Well, I didn't talk loudly so the caves can echo," he retorted. He turned around, letting his paws lead him back to the medicine cat's den.

I chuckled and smelled the damp air of the cave. The smell always soothed me.

"Shall we go now?" I asked HoneyPaw, keeping my voice barely above a whisper.

Snowpelt walked toward the kill pile, grabbing an starling and going back to her den. "JayPaw, I need you to get more yarrow and burdock root. Were running low." She said as she took an bite in the starling.
Moontail walked with the leader, keeping his ears alert.
DuskClaw patrolled the camp, his paws weak but he kept his ears alert for danger. He heard shuffling, then caught an scent of a badger. "SunHeart!" He said, and before he could move something attacked him and knocked him out cold.
SunHeart heard his name and ran towards DuskClaw. He ran and saw an badger over duskclaw. He yowled loudly, and ran towards the badger, avoiding the claws of the animal. Had dug his teeth into the neck and scratched the badgers chest. He saw CurlPaw come. "Hurry and tell the clan! I hold him off as long as I can!" He said, then was knocked off my the badgers claws. The badger sliced his shoulder, and he jumped on the badger sinking his claws into the flesh.
CurlPaw was out hunting, her paws silent as she stalked an vole. She sniffed the air then pounced, killing the vole. She dug her kill in the ground and heard an yowl. "SunHeart!" She said and ran towards him, then ran towards the camp. "A badger attacked the camp! We have to hurry before It kills DuskClaw and Sunheart!" She said, panting.

Zack~
I hear the news and nod "Vendetta, can you handle watching the cave?" I asked, stepping back towards the entrance.

Shadow~
"Change of plans, Honeypaw, can you help Vendetta with the other apprentices?" I asked her.

Vendetta~
"I'll be fine" I nodded. "Go, hurry"

I snuggled close to my mom sleeping soundly.

Sugarpaw-

I stalk up behind Vendetta and jump saying "Boo!" I then landed right behind her. I giggled.

Thunderpaw-

I bowed my head in respect to Jaypaw, "Sorry sir." I said to him then looked at Sugar. I went to her and picked her up and sat her away from the baby kit then laid down and rested my eyes.

I walk over to Jaypaw and bow respectfully "We are ready to help" I said.

Shadow~

I slink into the shadows, disappearing completely. I wait for Jawpaw to respond, I would follow them and assist in any way possible.

It was Honeypaw. "Don't you need someone with you?" Jaypaw growled and sighed. How he hated having someone to go with him and lead him around. Didn't they know he can handle himself? He nodded. "Yes," he meowed.
