Pegasus is looking for a worthy lead mare (Spritz)

I walked slowly with a light breeze whipping my main and tail. My powerful wing's where folded at my sides as I stood at the edge of the cloud's. Looking below I saw the green earth and blue water. Sevrel spot's moved, horses, wild animal's or human's I watched them for many year's above and on rare ocashion's came down to see how the world was playing out so fare. But my eye sight was sharp and well and I could see the smallest figures and object's. Beeing the ruler of Sunset Cloud I had responsabilites here and I was allready looking for a lead mare. White Star was Black Dawn Runner's sister and was a worrior but had no ambishion to lead by my side. I had to look for a loyal and trusting partner. A winged horse who was brave and honest. I never had paid much atention to beeing the leader here untill I started thinking about what I would do with myself and I started to see that most of the pegasus's that lived here where separated and not many cared of beeing spotted. For many year's it had been my job to make sure our kind was kept a secret. Let human's bealeve we are myth. We where safe. But I chose to be leader to make sure it stayed that way. I was no killer or savage but a stallion the other's could look up to or I hoped I was. Turning around I walked off back to the wide space of cloud's where me and my friend's met and hoped that maybe I would find a mare today. Maybe I would. What would she be like I did not know, I had not had a mate for many year's and was worried would I loose her like I did Star Chaser? If I did find a mate then I would see to it I would not let anything happen to her like I did Star Chaser-

I stand on the cloud, my nose in the air, my nostrills flareing. I had to make sure there were no enemies in the area. Humans, to be precise. The sometimes came up here in metal birds, with little boxes that made noise and flashed. (Cameras) So far no one had shot me with the little box.

I came to a adurpt stope and saw a lone white mare. The tip's of her wings gold like her tail and the underpart of her wing's where as well. All four hooves gleamed in the sunlight. I stood silent for a moment wondering If I should aproche. I walked closer and let myself be known with a cherfule whinny. I shifted my weight and moved my powrfule wing's away from my body showing the milk white feather's. I tossed my head and waited for her awnser. Would she notice me, I was the leader of this land after all, would that be enough to catch her atention. I must first not aproch as a stallion looking for a mare I must first make sure she was not already taken and if so I would be polite and respectful. The delacet looking mare was a sight of beauty and strength and an air of intellagence hung around her.

[Spritz]

Daydreamer-
I hear a whinny and look up, startled. There was a huge figure sihloetted(sp?) against the cloud. I spread my enormous wings and whinny back, my whinny ending in a whicker. My white fetlock falls into my brown eyes as I look up at him. The wind whips through my mane, and my tail is blown aside also.

[Man O' War Lover]

I stop walking toured her "Greating's I'm Pegasus leader of Sunset Cloud." I said not wanting her to leave. I folded my wing's back to my sides and waited for her reply-

[Spritz]

DayDreamer-
I imedietly bow my head slightly. "Your highness, I am Daydreamer." I whisper.

[Man O' War Lover]

I bow my head low and chuckle "Please call me Pegasus, no need to be so formal. What a lovley name you have DayDreamer." I say. No one had ever called me "your highness" how respectfule this mare was. I hope I had not seemed rude in anyway. "Do you live close by?" I asked. "I live some miles away but I fly around to make sure evreything is fine." I said my eye's smiled-

[Spritz]

Daydreamer-
"Thank you, Pegasus. I feel so humble" I raise my head a bit, and look at him, but not in his eyes. "I live here, lower down aways. I try to make sure that the humans dont invade the clouds."

[Man O' War Lover]

I smile "I thank you for doing so, it's good to know other's protect the land." I was impresed most of the mares took care of the young but I had seen many mares who are worrier's and leader's in fact I had seen more mares than stallion's doing those job's. "I have a small head that help's me with the land as well. How long have you been gurading the human's are very hard to understand though I have meet only a couple." I said.

[Spritz]

"I have met quite a few." She said, her voice low. She turned and showed him a bullet scar on her shoulder. "Usually I get away without them seeing me. These humans didn't know what they were shooting at, but they got me anyways. How many have you met?" I ask him. I venture to look at his eyes. They were beautiful, full of wisdom. They looked like they had seen alot of heartbreak.

"Well I have befriended one before, long ago in the beagining." I said looking back into her gaze. Her eye's full of life and spirit. It was if breaking from a spell. "I have met maybe ten or more in person, but I have seen more up close." I said-

[Spritz]

Daydreamer-
I quickly look away as I his eyes meet mine. "I dont like them." I say simply. "But enough about depressing things. What about you?" I spread my enormous wings out wide, streching them from the flight.

[Man O' War Lover]

"Well I have two close friend's that travel with me almost evrey where Black Dawn Runner and his sister White Star. I would tell you my age but you probably wouldn't wont to know. I'm from far away from here aplace with no name, it's a very thick forest near I think some where around Erupt?" I pause "I did have a rather large heard but most fled and other's died from human's and other horable thing's. The happy part of my life was when I and my two friend's decided to take of Sunset Cloud and try and bring all the winged horses together. I and my friend's live in the large space of cloud where we watch the sun rise evrey morning and set evrey night. I ushuly fly down and graze evrey week so do my friend's but we sometimes go difrent times. But what about you how's life been to you?" I asked-

Daydreamer-
I smile as he talks, but stop when he asks me about my life. "I would rather not talk about much of it." I say, looking at my hooves. "Lets just say that it hasent been that great."

[Man O' War Lover]

My brow furrow's "If you want you can come and stay with my heard for a while see how you like it?" I asked gently.

[Spritz]

DayDreamer-
"Really?" I look up again into those beautiful eyes. This was the Pegasus, the real one. No white winged fake. The legend. And he wanted me to join his herd?

[Man O' War Lover]

I noded "A mare such as you should have a place to stay, you have watched over your home and I want to repay you by asking you to join us and if you want permitly?" I asked hopeing she would return with me. I had been looking for a brave and loyal mare, beautifule and smart and I had found her. I did not know if she wanted to be a lead mare but I would find out if her awnser would be yes?

[Spritz]

DayDreamer-
"Yes. I will come with you." I say calmly.

"All'right then follow me please." I stopped "Oh sorry lades first." I smiled and exstended a wing out toured the east where my two friend's waited.

Daydreamer-
I smiled and leaped off of the cloud, wings extended. I soared over to the other horses, and waited for Pegasus. I watched him come and thought about how lucky I was to even meet him.

I swayed to the right in the air toured's her and said "My friend's are well. Black Dawn Runner is pretty nice and strong when his sister on the other hand is seriuse and a little critasizing. But i'm sure they will like you." I said. I swooped down wondering how she would take it? Would my friend's make her feel like an outsider? I hoped not she was a very good mare who I was lucky to meet. I just hoped they would be good to her. I flew lower ciercaling down toured the cloud where my friend's stood waiting-

[Spritz]

I fly beside him, a little worried that they would not exept me. I glance over at pegasus, hoping he would understand my fears. "do you think they will be ok with me?" I asked him as we neared the cloud they were standing ob.

[Man O' War Lover]

"I'm sure they will love you." I turned my hea toured the two aproching figures. "Star, Dawn!" I whinned and troted toured them. They walked toured me and greated me with flaping wings and tossing of the head. "Who is she?" White Star asked as she looked at Daydreamer. "This is Daydreamer, my new lead mare." I said smiling proudly-

[Spritz]

I trot up to them, and smile, bold and daring. "Hello, nice to meet you!" I say, laughing a bit. I tried to seem confidenent, but in the inside I was a nervous wreck.

Star looked at her closly. Black Dawn Runner stared at his sister "Um Sat?" The white mare looked up at him, he stood much taller than her and he loked puzzled. "Oh yeah." She looked at DayDreamer "Hi I'm White Star." Dawn Runner looked relevied "Hello I'm Black Dawn Runner." He said. I looked at DayDreamer "There brother and sister." I exsplaned. "It's ok she like that." I whispered to DayDreamer-
