Believe me, nothing is probably scaring them away, it's probably either A) they just aren't interested and you're goingto have to accept that, or B) the most likely case, they saw there weren't a lot of people and weren't interested because it is t as active as other sites. Sorry, but it's how most new sites are, but if you stick with it until you get enough people to start a nice RPing group, then believe me, it'll pick up, and more people will join.
