Re: Question......
Okay, I'm sure a lot of people will tell you it's all just about finding a horse image and adding text, but that is not it. First, you should probably get Photoshop or GIMP (Photoshop is better but costs a lot, whereas you can download GIMP 2.6.1 off of the Internet). It also helps to have a DA account (Deviantart.com) so you have somewhere to keep track of your art and you can find stock images and so on. If you get a DA account, then you can search for things like "horse stock" or "forest stock", ya da ya da ya. You'll also need to read the rules they set down for their stock before using it. You save the image, open it in GIMP or Photoshop (whichever or whatever you have), and you 'cut out' the horse, which really just means that you basically paint around the horse, so around the legs, head, whatever. Choose a color that doesn't blend with the horses as well, but stands out, it'll make it easier. Also, before you cut the horse out, you can crop the picture to fit around it, so that it's less to paint lol xD.
Open your background image in a new GIMP page, make both pages half their size, and drag the horse's image over into the other GIMP page (save the original first). You can use the scale button to change the size of your horse to fit into the background. You should see a little window labelled Layers, but, if not, you can go to Windows, Dockable Dialogs, then just choose the Layers one. You should see the window pop up, with your horse layer on top and your background layer on the bottom. Right click your horse image, and click Add Alpha Channel. You shouldn't really see anything happen. Then choose the Fuzzy Select tool and click on the painted part of the horse. Cut it, and it'll disappear so you can see the background. Add light changes, text, other images, blend, really you should just play around with GIMP to see how it works and what you can do. (TIP: If you would like to add effects to your text, then you should select the text box, Filters on the menu line, and from the dropdown box, choose Alpha to Logo. There will be another dropdown box with a lot of choices, just start playing around with them to see what you like.)

Re: Question......
I'm sorry, but that's called theft without asking the artist for permission.

Re: Question......
It's fine, but, since I do photography and photo manipulations myself, I just like to spread the word around to people who don't know since my own artwork, and several of my friends', has been used without permission, as well, so I get a bit touchy around the subject.
