I drove home with the filly. So much for the girl wanting her she did not even go looking for her just went home and threw her fight. My hand tightend on the steering wheel. Of course showing a horse had stricked rules there was no show's around hear that you broke the bigest rules in. They just dont let you walce right in with a horse and say I'm hee to show my horse and then show it and win. I tried to forget it-

I heard reporters going, saying how the complete newbies were going to be creamed by some unknown source. The camera fell on the racers and I smirked at it. When the starting shot went off and the gates opened, Knight shot ahead of the others. They struggled, but he was arabian!

I put the filly in the barn wondering what I would name her she had a name but I wanted to call her somthing difrent around the barn. "Storm Banner for her tail that was like a long banner when she ran, and her grey coat was like a storm color? I lead her into her stall and wonderd how the girl and her horse was doing all by theme selves. I did not care really. I started to brush Storm Banner's coat.

I knew I had won the race and high fived the others. I called Riley and in my happiness and laughter, I forgot I was mad at him. I waited for him to answer the phone. Reporters buzzing in the backround.

(Nice name 'storm banner' I like it. )
I stood still for him and nicked when I herd the phone go off.

I had taken a walk to the tack room when the phone rang on the other end was her voice. "Yes?" I said leaning agianst the kitchen counter-

I watched him leave then laid down in the worm stall and slowly closed my eyes.

"You really need to try racing! Unless you already have." I say uncertainly and sigh. "Listen, I need to make things up to you, so come down to the race track in 2 hours." I say and hangup.

I said nothing as the phone line went off. I walked back to Storm Banner's stall and told her I would be back soon. I got in the truck and drove down to Southwell Race Course. Of course I had a hard time getting through the main gate. I parked by the shed row's looking for her truck. I saw it parked in front of a barn and went in to find her-

I saw him while I was in the starting gate and cursed silently to my self. "Two hours! Not 1 hour and a half!" But the shot rang out and Knight went neck to neck with another horse, but pulled ahead.

The starting bell rang in the distance but I went into the barn waiting for her. I got a little inpationt and went to the cooling out area to watch horses beeign walked and washed. A track like this barley exsisted any more the goverment hardly ever let un paperd horses race. The Jockey Club's where based on the breed's. The Thoroughbred Jockey Club, The Arabian Jockey Club of Florida and California. The Appalosa Organasation, and Quarter Horse Jockey Club's. They all where stricked on papper's and license and fines that needed to be payed. I watched the un paperd horses walk by some had theme had paper's other's didn't. I waited for her a little longer-

Once the two lap race was over I went to find him. "Where the heck were you?" I asked. Sweat beaded on my brow. "Have you tried looking on the race track? Blond girl on black horse?" I asked sarcastically and lightly hit him in the chest. After cleaning Knight I returned to him and sighed. "Apolagizing, so hard to do." I say and look up at him. "You know the Smith family tradition on how to say sorry?"

After she gave me a light hit in the chest I shook my head "Nope evrey person who own's a horse has there one belief in how thing's go mine is more like "to the letter" your's is "follow the rules but have a good time" I gues." I said. "And sorry is how people apolagize." I said. "So I got paper's for that gray filly call her Storm Banner now not just filly or horse or her." I laugh a little-

I shake my head and raise an eye brow. "Guess again." I laugh and put my eyes to the ground. "C'mon, I know how smart you are." I say almost regretfully.

"Um sorry is pretty much it and hug's but I dont like hug's." I say shaking my head. "Giving present's?" I shruged. "Do you want me to ask you to come back to the farm or somthing?" (LOL WHAT IS IT Just kiding LOL)

I look at him with a scared look on my face, "Hug? I would rather hug a chicken, they are much nicer. And no." I sigh and look at him, "No, is probably the answer to all of you next questions."


"So would you like to spend the rest of your life as a mouse?" The old lady asked. "It doesn't matter," He replyed, "As long as their are people there that love you." I randomly recited from a book. "Don't ask, 5th grade was weird."

"I still don't get what you need me to say?" I said. I had no idea what I was to say or do. "I would rather hug a chiken to, no afence. But just tell me what you need, Storm Baner is waiting for me at home." I said-I was trying to be polite but I had no idea what she wanted-(LOL rather hug a chiken that's a good one and I don't like chiken's there scary)

"Better that way." I say and look at him. "What I need? I need many things. Not all from you. I want Dew Drop back, I want my mom ALIVE and well, but we can't have all those things can we?" I asked and sighed. "Nothing. I want nothing from you, you wouldn't be willing any way." I say and go back to Knight. But before I did, I looked at him and said, "Do me a favor, make sure we see barely ever, see each other."

(LOL!Rather hug a chicken that's halorios and no a fence but your scared of a chicken?YOU SHOULD BE SCARED OF A ROOSTER.AHHHH!!!!!!!!!.For real searched roosters are mean and VERY scary chickens are kind.)

OK somthing was upsetting her. But I really wanted to keep Storm Banner she had Knight and her big atittued and pretty face-I paused for a second. OK that was weird. I told myself never to think that agian. I looked at her "You want Storm Banner back?" I had gone through all that trouble just to give her back? I looked at the ground "Um well she is at the farm. You can find her in her stall I don't want to be around if you take her." I walked off-

(I had abad exsperiance with one but yeah not all are scary mosrt rrun from you but they sure are cute when they are young )

(I am scared of roosters. A white one attacked me when I was 3, it came from a abusive home... dad chopped it head of.)

I ignored him as I brushed Knight. "Keep her, horses with papers seem to be more important to you than anything." I say and put Knight in the trailer. After I drove home, my dad called Ray and sighed.

(I was attacked by a roster about at age 3,4,or 5 I'm not sure but any ways my gram-pall told me what to do and yea know what I did 'I walked out to the rooster and he tried to attack me aging BUT I grabbed him by the neck an swung him across the yard,"And yea know what he never messed with me aging.LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .)
I soon awoke and got up and stood in my stall for a long time.....Alone.
