Agrona hurriedly got out of bed, "I'll be right back," she flung the door open from her quarters and rushed down the stairs, her satin nightgown threatening to trip her. She mounted her horse quickly and within 2 minutes reached Princess's domain. She wasn't home! Agrona looked all over until she found her. "PRINCESS!" She cried, throwing her blade at the rope and cutting it, making Princess fall to the ground. Agrona dismounted her steed speedily and rushed over to her friend. "Princess..." She shook her gently. "Princess, you're still breathing, aren't you? Still be with me!"

Princess held onto the rope choking. It was loose. She looked at Agrona. "I...was... trying... to.." before she could finish, she passed out, but still alive.

Agrona wasn't 100% sure her friend was still with her. She gently removed the rope off of her neck and placed Princess's head in her lap, cradling it in her arms. She stayed hunched over her friend. "I won't let anything happen to you," she whispered as a tear rolled off of her cheek and onto her arm.

Soon, Princess awoken coughing a few more times. "Wh-what? Agrona?" she asked silently.

Agrona opened her eyes and sighed, relieved, "You're alive," she whispered and hugged her friend close. "What the hell possessed you to do that?"

Princess sighed. "Him!" she growled and whipped herself off. "He possessed me! My supposed to be Prince! He wanted to get revenge on me." she murmured.

Agrona walked over to her steed and mounted him, patting the back of the horse's bare back to offer Princess a ride. "Let's get back to the palace. Belenus will be waiting for me -- us."

Princess gave a small smile and hopped on the steed's back.

Agrona kicked her steed into a slow and steady canter. It took only a few minutes to reach the castle and she dismounted, helping Princess dismount. "You can use my quarters, if you wish. I'm sure Belenus won't mind if I share his." She walked away, leading her horse to the stable.

I watched Agrona trot away and come back. I met her outside. "What-" I cut myself off and the sight of Princess. "What happened?" I frowned.

"She nearly hung herself," Agrona said, putting the horse away and then placing herself by Belenus's side.

"Oh no." I looke dover the red-haired girl. "You need to get some rest. Cme." I motioned for both of them to come inside. I led them to a spare room. "Here you go. I'll have a servant bring up some clothes." I opened the door for Princess.

"No, no," Agrona shook her head, "I said she could use my quarters." Agrona smiled weakly, with a look that asked her husband if it was all right if she could share his.

"That is fine with me." I smiled and led her to Agrona's quaters, opening the door for Princess again. "If you need anything coem tell us."

Agrona smiled a thank you and helped lead Princess to her quarters. "I'll be right in, dearest," Agrona said, escorting Princess into the room to show her where everything was and to ask her if she needed anything.

~Belenus~
I nodded and went into my quaters, where I waited for Agrona. I heard Paladin crying and checked on him.

After showing Princess where the spare clothes, extra blankets, extra pillows, and the bell to ring for the servant were, she smiled and remade the bed, changing the sheets. She patted the bed and then got Princess settled in for the night, and quietly left the room with a sweet "goodbye" and down to Belenus's quarters. She found him in Paladin's room and quietly walked in, looking at the child with him. "I admit, he should be a wonderful heir," Agrona said, resting her chin on his shoulder, standing behind him.

(Oooooooh, I just had a plan! What about Belenus and Agrona have a girl, and Paladin and their daughter fall in love! That way, oth can be royalty!)


~Belenus~
"If we don't raise him like my father raised me, he will be." I scowled at myself. If he doesn't become a heartless demon like me..... I looked down at Agrona.

Agrona smiled, "Don't worry," she said, rubbing his shoulder comfortingly. "You're a much better father than your father. I would know. I wouldn't fall in love with a heartless monster." She kissed his cheek.

Concordia
Concordia lay by the deer's corpse, its blood creating a massive puddle that reached her fingertips. The blood was warm and rich, so delightful. She carried the dead body to a small fire she had created earlier, soon feasting on its cooked flesh. She didn't know what to do with the hide, but she had a slight idea of what to do. She swiftly lay the hide by Lord Benelus's wooden door, leaving a note carved into stone that simply stated, 'Here is a hide -- Concordia'. She whistled for her steed with snorted softly before leaping onto his back and galloping off.

"Ah, but you did. I have my father in me." i frowned and put Paladin back in his cradle. "Nevermind." I kissed the top of her head. "Let's go." I took her hand and walke dover to my quaters, leading her inside.

"But maybe I've changed you," she said lovingly, taking his hand and following him back to his quarters.

"It seems so." I laughed and sunk into my bed. "Yes, I think you did. You're an angel. Wait, I knew that." I laughed again.

Agrona hopped in bed beside him, snuggling closely. "An angel? Maybe that's taking it a bit too far. You have to remember I was an assassin once." She chuckled softly then changed the subject, "Now I definately won't be lonely." She smiled.

"No I'm not." I smirked and wrapped my arms tightly around her. "And I hope not...."
