Ghost Seeing....

Now I know this must sound crazy but me and my bff have been paranoid by some of this ghost stuff... once she spent the night and we we're going to sleep in my bedroom. We turned off all the lights and was laying down then the next thing I know she's saying that she say and girl shadow behind her in my tv or whatever.... I try not to belvie her cuz I know I would freak out. Soon, she said my spongebob hamper was looking at her. Again, I tried to defend my fear and say, "Yeah, yeah he's looking that way" she said, "no it's true," she says. Then she says she sees a baby and a man I put her fear for granted and say, "Come on, since you are sooo scared we'll go downstairs," so we did.
So then a month or two later It was late I was still up watching tv .I went to get myself a drink in the kitchen I have a door that leads to the kitchen I was passing it and I could've sworn I saw a little ghost girl standing downstairs. Paraniod, i closed the door and turned around deciding not to get a drink
