I stood in the light sheet of mist as I bowed to the forest around me. My first step the half-pass, I moved forward but sideways at the same time. I bent in the direction of which I traveld. My outside hind and forelegs cross over my inside legs, my gray body parallel my forheand leading. I remain forward, balanced, and bent, moving with cadence. My inside leg remains engaged throughout the half-pass, I do not lose my rhythm.
