Another Day at the Bar

[Harley]

I looked around the bar. Everything seemed ok.... it was a slow day so I was able to take a longer break than usual. A male walked up to me and ordered a Bud Light. I walked to the back, cause we ran out of it in the machine. "Hey boss!" I yelled at him..."Out of Bud Light!". I grabbed a can that sat in a plastic package. "Sorry, we ran out Bud in the machine, we have cans though. I can pur it into a cup if you like."i said to him. "Can please." He said nicely. i gave it to him and he walked away.

Keita
i walked in the bar lifting my head slightly to catch only the scents of humans and a load of drink as well as hearing music... i sat myself down being careful where I walked.
I woere my usual light grey cargo pants and grey top with long shite sleeves which had a falling feather pattern down one arm... i had short straight black hair and milky amber eyes since i was completely blind.On my back lay a pair of tattered wings one of white was White(right) and the other of Black (Left)...
i sat at the bar quietly just getting away from my siblings for a while...

[Harley]

I stood up and waited. My long hair falling down to my waist. "Any thing i can get you?"" I asked the girl. My green eyes searched the bar. The normal punk music pounded in my ears and made me want to run far away from this awful place. I turned to my boss who was trying to refill the Budlight machine. "Come on, boss, it'll be closing time soon, you can fix it then.". I said. He swiped at my leg but i dodged and kicked him with a pointed cowboy boot. " Sami!" He yelled.

[Soul Hunter]

"please be careful with the shouting, my ears are rather senstive" i said looking up showing that i was blind "can i just have a soft drink please?"

[Harley]

"Sorry" I say. I looked at her eyes and went for a Coca-Cola Sprite mix. "Here you go." I said, directing it toward her hand. I looked at the others partying and had the urge to yell at them to shut the heck up.

[Soul Hunter]

"you don't need to worry, it's just sudden shouting i guess" i said and thanked her before i open the can and drank it keeping one hand on the table...

[Harley]

I smile and sigh. "If you want i can kick the music down a notch?". I heard a bell ringing in the back and a male came out and said... "Break time Sami.". I nod and walk out from behind the counter. "Hey." I say to the male.." How about another Sprite-Coke for this girl here?" I ask him in a teasing voice. I look at the girl and say" Don't worry, it's on me.".

"thanks" i said lifting my head towards her voice "and the music is fine i'm use to this kind of noise at home anyway" i said.. depsite how i usually was i was being rather calm.. but when strangers i didn't like started talking to me my personailty got awfully nasty and i would snap.. being blind just made it worse...

[Harley]

I nod my head and get up. Sneeking into the back i grab a beer and head back out to sit a seat away from the girl. I sigh and pop open the lid. Taking a sip I snort at a man and a woman kissing behind a the crowd of dancers.

[Soul Hunter]

"so who are you?"i asked picking up her scent instantly.. my other sense hieghtened themselve to make up for my blindness.. although it was rather interesting to pick out how others who weren't blind missed so much

[Harley]

"I'm Sami, you?" I ask..."I don't mean to insult, but, is it true that when your blind you see more than others?". A man walks up and starts staring at Keita, ( i don't really no her name though), I get up in a defense way.

[Soul Hunter]

"we don't see we sense" i said "also i can look after myself despite my looks... nice to meet you Sami my name is Keita" i said and my head turned towards the man and a dagger which was round my waist moved slightly out of it's sheath..."what do you want?" i said

[Harley]

"You." He said, obviously drunk. "Leave her alone freak." I sadi to him.

[Soul Hunter]

"you stink of drink now back off before i snap" i said and the feathers on my wings sharpened themselves... when they sharpened completely they were deadly and extremly dangerous...

[Harley]

I balled my fist, getting ready to punch him. "Leave... her... alone." I said in a threating voice.

[Soul Hunter]

I stood up getting annoyed with him haning around and walked forward towards him... i punched him in the gut and he instantly fell limp and looked as though he had collasped.. i then sat back down and began drinking my drink slowly..."i've had to fight for a living so you can calm down"

[Harley]

I relaxed and sat back down..." Your good girl" I said in a higher voice. i sighed as two men cam and started drawing a mustache on the out cold man on the floor. "Come on guys." I said in a voice that sounded like a kid wanting a toy..."You can do better than that!" I said, getting more hyper.



(GRR! i am mad)

i laughed slightly just listening to her "honestly, what's going on?, what are you talking about?" i said really having no idea what was going on

[Harley]

"Oh, these guys are friends." I laugh..."Mike and Mitch, meet Keita." I say introuducing them. (They won't be in this topic for long).



Mitch-
I walk up to Keita and shake her hand. "I'm Mithc, thats Mike, we're brothers." I say.

Mike-

I shake her hand also and look at her face.." Oh, i'm sorry, your blind." He says in a sorry voice.

i sighed i hated it when people started to feel sorry for me.. i had been blind my entire life and just got on with it.."it's ok, i get alot nice to meet you" i said "you don't need to feel sorry ,i was born blind so i just live with it.. nothing can change that fact"

(i don't mind)

[Harley]

Mike-

"Sorry.. uh Miss." He says starting to get nervous.
Mitch-
"Oh don't mind my brother, girl." he says patting Mike on the back.

[Soul Hunter]

"i can pretty uch tell which is which anyway" i said "your Mitch, and that one is Mike" i said pointing to them

[Harley]

Mitch-

"50 points for the litte lady!" He says in a TV announcer voice.


"Shut up Mitch!" I hiss at him.

"Ya Mitch, shut up!".. Mike says.

(no idea? i don't really play horses very much)
"are they always like this?" i asked Sami and yawned since i was half asleep.. probably the reason iwasn't as feisty as i usually am...

[Harley]

(I gotta go)


"No, they just do this so girls will like them, they are only my friends though." I say throwing a glare at Mitch.


"Oh come on Sami". He says in a teasing voice. "Mike, quit staring at Keita!." He yells
