I lifted a large amount of water and push and pulled it in and out.It was a warm up exercise that I often did.

While handing the pushing a pulling with one hand I used the other one to stop the one coming towards me and have it shoot up into the sky and it splattered us with rain for a few seconds.

She felt a sigh of confusion escape from her throat, her spine tingling with each rivetting memory of Aang and herself. She shook away the wonderland of the past and bit her bottom lip, gazing at them both for a moment. She hummed beneath her breath as her body picked from the tree limb and fell to the ground. She came to her feet and felt weak inside. "Mother... Father... Please... Please take me away..." she whimpered to the heavens since her family had died long ago. She fell to her knees stiffly, not a single breath coming from her mouth.
