Risk stood next to the pine tree, letting her insides tear through herself. This was her first heat, and she wasn't handling it well. Swimming with no supervision when she was three months old, nothing compared to this.
She wanted it to end, but in a way that would pave her way in life. If it was a one night stand, then so be it.
Risk was ready for the riskiest business of all: Mating.
