my laptop keeps freezing all the time help?

i only have it 4-6 months and for example i was reading a newspaper online and it froze 3 times in 6 minutes. i cant actually do anythin only restart it sometimes i dont even have that option i just have to take the battery out of the back. Can anyone help in what the problemmay be. sometimes the hole screen goes blue with white writing.
