(I'm putting theses two on this topic because hardly anyone looks at the fantasy things anymore anyway.)

~Falling Sky~
My dappled gray coat blurs through the forest, but is only visible to those who are like me. My black mane whips away from my face and billows out behind me with my tail like a dark cloud. My nostrils are flared till you could see the wet pink inside, making it obvious I had been running for a long time. I wasnt scared, no, I was simply running because I could. Eyes wide with excitement as my feet pound the earth and sending little tremors through it. I raise my head and let a loud whinnie rip out of my throat and pierce the air around me. Moments afterward I unfurl my long grey magnificient wings and slowly raise up into the sky as I come to the end of the forest that was ended by a cliff. My hooves clattering on the rocky surface that was only feet before the drop off of thousands of feet. The cliff being the gate way entrance into the immortals world. I raise up into the air just as the morning sun begins to surface on the mountainous horizon. The rays slowly revealing my flying form...and another that joined me with a neigh and playful air kick.

~Borias~
Upon hearing Falling Sky's hooves in the forest race past me, my head shoots up and watches her go. Arching my long graceful neck I canter after her until I see the end of the forest and the beginning of the sharp cliff. Grinning beautifully I pick up my speed to a full gallop. Just before I reach the cliffs edge I untuck my long 14 foot wings and launch off the cliff. My forelegs tucked to my belly as I jump gracefully through the air. Then I tuck my wings back in and start spinning towards the ground thousands of feet below, I only do this a few seconds before I pull up and flap easily back up to where Falling Sky flew. Our wings whistled and whispered through the sky going unnoticed by those below us. Only the immortals like us could ever chance to see us. As the sun slowly appeared and night unrolled her blanket from the valleys and mountains below, we started seeing the many herds below us. The young fillies coming to join older savage stallions, then there was the stallions battling for the pretty little fillies and mares. I look back up and into the distant mountains that formed and just past that the glorious ocean. That was where I and Falling Sky were going. Every now and then all the immortals, good and evil alike, had to go to the ocean and thank her for giving us life. If it was not for her we all, including the mortals, would be dead and so would the planet.
