Info: The new girl in town. She has been a mermaid since the age of 12. She has a great voice and one day would like to be a singer. She is a bubbly, infectious ball of energy who is easy to talk to. Bella's power is to group water particles close to freezing but when she let's go, it turns into water again, by starting with a fist and waving her hand. She can either turn water hard to make solid stepping stones or turn it into jelly. She loves to swim, but she can never do that around other people. She tells people that she is terrified of water and swimming which kept her secret safe. One drop of water and she grows a beautiful majestic mermiad tail.
