I straitened out my legs arched my neck and lifted my tail. I strained and groned as I pushed

Jonathan watched, slightly nervous he nuzzled her,

I clinched mt teeth and skreeched out in pain my arched neck was tence and my staight legs could go no straiter. The foal was going to be big like it's father. I gave a forth push and the babys legs and muzzle slid out. I pushed again and the sholders came. My taul was covered in the sack the the foal was in.

Jonathan started to stand up, he had seen mares give birth in his herd, but he didnt know it was so painful. He looked at his mate worridly

I looked at his worried face and smiled as if saying everything will be ok I pushed again and the foals uper torso came out. I pushed a nother 4 times and finally the foal was out. My legs were straight and my neck was arched. My tail was high and the baby was right under it I was covered in sweat and I started to relax when I remembered the foal and I sat up and started to clean it

Jonathan smiled as the foal came out "its beautiful" he said as he watched his mate clean it

I smiled and said *what should we name her. It is a girl* I continued to like her

I smale and said * I like that name.* I finish licking her back and nudge her to stand up

I quickly skramble to my feet and stand for a little before trying out my first steps and falling

Jonathan smiles and lightly nudges her with his nose to help her stand

as soon as I am done I try out trotting and I love it I trott over to my father and nipp at himm playfully

Jonathan chuckles and nuzzles her lightly worried that he could hurt her

I get mad at father and nipp his nose and smile and start to trot away every now and then I try to canter

Jonathan playfully trots after her nipping her sides lightly

I giggle and start to canter slowly I trip up a little but I am able to keep up a good pase

Jonathan smiled "you have my speed" he laughed as he slowed down to match her pace
