well, why steal someone else's work? Excuse me if I'm being rude, but if you make a DeviantART account, then you could look for stock images that the creator lets you manip so you have your own work for stuff like that. That's what I do to make my creature's pictures.

and do you have GIMP? If not, it's a free photomanipulation program, you can download it off the internet for free

o i have gimp but i dont really understand it?! how do you acualty manipulate the pic? like make it look likes its raining and stuf??! Question

well, for some, you need special brushes. But don't ask me how, because I have no clue, as I haven't had GIMP for very long. But you create different layers, and to make it look like its raining, the top and last layers you use bucket fill, choose pattern fill, and find the rain one. It's sorta hard to explain, I found everything out by experimenting for hours lol...
