Sha Azim Looks Around...

My sleek, livery chestnut form moved lithely through the forests in silence. No animals moved, not a twig creaked, not a wind blew. I snorted sftly, breaking the stillness, and looked up. A slow, cuel looking smile sprad upon my dark rd lis, adn I whinnied loudly, wondering if any mares were in sight. I sat and waited. A few moments later a black raven dipped out of the sky and landed on my back.

Dandy trotted in and glanced around with a shiver. He bright brown eyes glowed slightly. She flared her nostrils, afraid for anything that might hurt her. She flicked her tail a few times and then took a timid bite of grass, wondering if there were any other horses around.

I see the mare come in and whicker softly to her, my ears pricked forward, tail raised. I dilate my nostrils to catch her scent, then toss my head up and smile small.

Dandy looked up at the stallion and smiled slightly. She lifted her tail and raised her head, then pranced over to him.

I smile small as I look at her.
"Hello there," I say, whickering gently to ehr when she came into hearing, ears perked forward.

Dandy smiled lightly. "Hi."

I smile and step a little closer to her.
"I'm Sha Azim, what is your name?" I ask, a slight glint in my eye that disappeared quickly as I focused on the mare before me.

Dandy smiled and looked Sha Azim over. "I'm Dandy...I like your name, by the way." she smiled, and flicked her tail.

I smile back.
"I like your's, also. It suits a mare as beuatiuful as yourself."

Dandy giggled slightly. "Aw, thanks." she glanced around and then fixed her gaze back upon Sha Azim, her eyes glittering.

I smile at her.
"What brings a beautiful mare like yourself to these parts?" I ask, stepping closer to her.

[Guest]

Dandy looked over Sha Azim again and then locked her gaze on his eyes. "Well...I was just passing through and wanted to take a rest...but now I'm thinking I might want to stay for awhile." she smiled and flicked her tail.

I smile.
"Well that sounds good," I say, running my muzzle down her shoulder.

Dandy flinched slightly at his touch but smiled. She flicked her tail. "Why're you here then, handsome?" she smiled.

I smile small.
"Just looking for someone," I say, flicking my tail.

[Guest]

Dandy smiled. "Nice to know..." she glanced towards the ways he wanted to go and then back up to Sha Azim.

~Sha Azim~

"What are you doing here?" I ask a little curiously, watching her with ears pricked forward.

[Guest]

Dandy grinned. "Oh you know...looking for someone." her eyes glittered mischieviously. (spelling?)

I nod understandingly, watching her.

~Dandy~

I yawn and look at the stallion. I grin. He was gorgeous...but would he really fall for a mare like me? I sigh and then flicked my tail, keeping a reasuring smile on my face.

~Sha Azim~

I toss my head slightly and walk a few feet away from her. I lower my head to the grass and graze a bit, watching the leaves on the trees sway and shift, whispering to the wind as it passed them.

I watch him for a bit and then lower my head to graze too.

I graze silently, thiking to myself.


my brain exploded.

~Dandy~
I look up at Sha Azim and stare, a million thoughts swarming through my brain. I was about to come into heat in only a few days...would he even stay with me long enough?
I shook my mane and took another bite of grass, lulling over the thought of mating and having a foal.

I graze silently. A few moments later I raise my head and glance at her, then look out at the hills, ears pricked forward.
