i look at the mare and say " r u hungry? there are some really nice apples in that tree over there. " i motion towards an apple tree about 50 yards away

i nudge her in that direction and smile. i then look up and say ' i hear screaming, im sorry kim, i truly am if u want to come with me u can. but i need to find the source of that screaming and help" i then gallop off speedily heading towards the screams

i trot back into the garden with starlight trailing me. i smile at kim and say " she was stuck in the swamp, can u believe it?" i laugh and nudge starlight. i then look at kim, sadness filling my eyes " um, kim, im so sorry but i dont see how i can be more than just friends with u...." i trailed off and looked at her , waiting for her reply
