Re: Death Waits For His First Victim
Dark Sunshine: *My dark brown eyes towards him and focus. My ears went back slightly*
Dance of Death: *I take a few small steps towards him, ears pinned eyes blazing furiously.* "I have come to talk to about joining, if not that, I have come to deliver a message from.....a friend." *My voice was soft, but hard with warning not to be touched. I stomp a back hoof irritably and shoot a glance at my brother, pinning my ears and baring my teeth.*
(Theres one girl and one boy btw)

[okay]
~Death~
I let out a small short of laughter and toss my head up.
"A friend?" I ask sneering the word slightly as I step closer to Dance Of Death. "What friend could I possibly have that isn't either dead or wants to kill me?" I ask, ears pinned. My tail lashes out in disbelief behind me, my head up as I watch the two as they stood close together. I snort and toss my head once more, pawing at the rough, uneven ground. My star and snip on my nose shined dazzling white against the birhgt sunlight, and my white foot was hidden in the grasses. My head swings through the air and studies them with red-brown eyes,a dn I can barely keep myself from laughing.
Friends? What friends did I have? The last who had thaught they had been my friends had been the arrogant herd who taught me almost everything I know, and I had turned on them and slaughtered them all. As far as I knew, they were all dead, unless one could have slipped past. I didn't want to believe that option, but I knew it was quite possible. I had killed a herd of 15, afterall, and I was still a young murderer, adn actually kinda cocky and arrogant because of the way they had taught me. I was not their fool, their labrat anymore, and I had grown out of it shortly after experiencing what the real world was like out there. I was still a murderer, still bloodthirsty, longing for the others pain and misery, internal and external, but I wasn't who I was anymore. I had shed my old shelf twice exatly, and each time I was a new and stronger horse, leaving with me nothing but small, fading memories of my past.

Re: Death Waits For His First Victim
Dance of Death: *I cut him short with a beautiful rolling dark laugh that burst out* "Your friend!?!?! Oh, &*#% no! He's not your friend, just someone that knows you without you knowing him.." *My dark eyes blaze with excitement, for what..who knows. I flick my dark mane and kick irritably at my stomuch cause of the deer flies. I do not say anything else, for what he said next would decide what his and our fate would be.*
Dark Sunshine: *I snort with an amused look on my handsome face. It turns to a sly one and I flare my nose, not to be disrespectful, but I didn't really like to waste time chatting*

I snort, still not really trusting them both. I wanted to tell them to go tell this "friend" to go to &*#%, but I don't.
"Of course I'll hear the message," I say in my smooth, silky voice, and take a small step towards them. I snort and pin my ears sightly, swinging my head to look at the others with one eye. One glance was all it took for me to tell them to stay there and not follow, then I snorted again and pricked one ear forward, keeping the other back. I flared my nostrils and raised my head, aware of everything, and began walking towards Dane of Death and Dark Sunshine.

Re: Death Waits For His First Victim
Dance of Death: *I raise my head and prick my ears forward, they flick back and forth but never flattening. Turning my head towards my brother I pin them and glare at him, clearly telling him to keep his trap shut. Facing my head forward again I swish my tail calmly and wait for him to talk to me and my brother, my bro keeping silent though. Smiling in my head, I had heard that kind've voice before in stallions. Some just saying it to keep you calm and trust them till they got behind you, others were truely friendly but there was rarely one of those. I pinned my ears at the first part of my thought but then relaxed and decided to let what ever happen to unfold on its own...I stomp a back hoof, still not really likeing the others, but hey if I got to stay I would have to learn to get along no matter the cost. Lowering my graceful long neck to the ground I blow out and sniff the ground waiting bored.*
Dark Sunshine: *Grunting I reluctantly agree, and relax but tense a little at the same time as I watch the other stallion come down the hill towards us. Tossing my head upward I back a little, to allow him to speak with my sister. Him and I were about the same size in height along with muscle, except he was a little taller than I and I had a broader chest. Watching his stride I could tell he was exceptionally fast and could turn just as good as any other. Seeing some scars I could tell somewhat of his history...all of this I stored in my mind, knowing well that this horse knew very well what he could do and what he couldn't, that he would fight if he saw that he could win, but if he couldn't, I sensed that maybe he wouldn't fight....maybe.*

I amke it to teh bottom and stand a bit away from them. I dimly thought if this was a trick but snorted. I wasn't sure if I would win against these two since they would have the advantage, but I would still fight to my death, with a true fighting spirit. I had decided long ago that I would not die of old age or an unfair fight or anything, but I would die proudly, in a fair fight. This fight would not be fair, but there was my whole herd just on teh hill. I snort and examine the two with my head high and shake my mane slightly, pawing lightly at the ground.
"What does this 'friend' have to say?" I asked in my smooth voice, arching an eyebrow and applying emphasis on the word, friend. I shake my black mane slightly, my white sock gleaming in the sunlight on my right fore as I stood in the short grass.

Re: Death Waits For His First Victim
Dance of Death: *I raise my head up and look at him. My dark faintly red eyes watch him with out emotion.* "The message was only if we didn't get accepted into the herd." *My voice is light and charming..almost charming, it had a soft touch to it yet firm and hard touch also. Taking a deep breath and letting it out slowly I relax, seeing his tense body I crack a smile* "Don't worry big guy, if we were to surprise you it would've happened long before now. And we always fight fair, one at a time..." *I did not have powers, I simply knew this because of working with horses in training, fighting them, and sometimes even helping them. By doing all of this I had come to know that watching a horse's motions and actions could tell you a lot more than words could.*
Dark Sunshine: *Resting a back hoof I half close my eyes and lower my head slightly. But, I was still fully aware of everything going on around me...*

I watch them with disbelief in my eyes.
"You think I'm afraid of you?" I ask and snort. Yeah, right.
"And why would there only be a message if I didn't let you join? Is someone going to threaten me?" I ask with a slight sneer, hardly detectable, and have to keep from laughing as I watch them without anyone emotion in my eyes.

Dance of Death: *I arch my eyebrows and raise my head up high, my upper lip slightly curling.* "I didn't say you should be afraid of us." *I snapped slightly* "But if you are just going to play around and not take this seriously, I see there will be disorder here." *I flick my forelock out off of my face and roll my eyes. Seriously, I was just trying to have an Adult conversation here and he kept preventing it and jumping to conclusions...*
Dark Sunshine: *I smirk and shake my head in slight sympathy for my sister*

~Lost~
I snort angrily and walk over to a stream. I glower down at the cool water, and for an instant I see an image of myself when I was a young, ignorant foal. I pin my ears and snake my head into the air, pawing at the water and ruining the image. I plunge my muzzle in up to my eyes, so the only image was those of my cruel, golden eyes. I drink deeply then walk away from the water, flicking my tail, I graze.

Dance of Death: *I lower my muzzle slightly* "It isn't a threat...but I wouldnt take it lightly if I were you... But that is besides the point. I cannot deliver it unless were are rejected, but if we are accepted..I have a seperate message." *I swish my tail and look at Lost then shake my head and return my dark gaze to Death.* "It is your decision."
Dark Sunshine: *I straighten and swish my tail once I see Lost come down to the water. I watch him then I lower my own head to graze*

I snort softly and walk a little away from them, keeping an eye on them. My gaze flickers over to the horses at the top, then back to them.
"You can join, but you're both starting at the bottom," I say with a snort.
"We're leaving tonight, by the way," I say, swinging my head back to look at them again but not making an move to walk over to them.

Dance of Death: *I bow my head to my chest* "Alright, fair enough since we are new." *I turn to my brother and growl lowly. Then I turn back to Death* "Where to boss?"
Dark Sunshine: *I lift my muscled neck and nod* "Sure.."

I snort softly.
"Nowhere yet, but we'll mostly be travelling," I say, knowing that they would probably get the bigger picture. I switch my tail and toss my mane slightly.

Dance of Death: *Swishing my tail, i turn and walk to the creek. I had become thirsty during the conversation.*
Dark Sunshine: *My eyes say that we know, and I turn and walk to the the forest not that far away. It was getting hot.*

I toss my head, watching them both. The sky was beginning to darken. I snort and walk over to Dark Sunshine.
"What's the message?" I ask, more of a demand, and watch her, flicking my tail.

Dark Sunshine: *I lift my head high and pin my ears* "Ask my sister, Dance of Death." *I flare my nostrils and look to the sky, eyes blazing I curse it silently*
Death of Dance: *I sneer at my brother* "Don't do that! You could make HIM mad!" *I turn my deathly eyes to Death.* "Follow me." *I spin on one back hoof and go as far as I dared away from the herd, none of them could hear, only Death would be able to if he followed*

I snort loudly, pinning my ears at him. I was about to snap back, barely able to contain my fury, when his sister stepped in. I listen to her talk to him with blazing eyes. I lash my tail out behind me and toss my head, following her. My muscles stretched and rippled, legs gathering beneath me and pushing me forward powerfully. Yet even as I ran almost madly, I was aware of everything around me. I felt my anger slowly fade away as I ran, leaving it behind as I followed her silently. I slid to a stop beside her when she finally came to a stop away from teh others.

Dance of Death: *I nod my head respectively and close my eyes as my chin touches my chest, it remains there for the moment* "What I am about to say....please, do not get mad at me..Do not consider it a threat or challenge....unless I say it is. And please, always, ALWAYS...remember it is not coming from I nor my brother."

I watch ehr, listening to her words. I nod once and touch my nose gently to my chest.
"You have my word," I say, raising my head to look at her, wondering what the message would be.

Dance of Death: *I also raise my head and reopen my eyes as soon as I have his word* "Thank you...I don't know if you have heard of him, The Destroyer.? He has been looking for recruites. Strong horses, prefurable stallions, to lead his legions of demonic followers. He asked me to ask you....And if you wish not to he said..."

Dance of Death: *I take in a breath and let it out slowly, pondering.* "He said, if not...if not..he will force you to. By first killing those you have closest..torturing them to the death. It would be a long and painful one, he said." *I look up in to his eyes, for the first time mine showing a slight flicker of fear.* "I know he will do it, just the way he said it...his actions...his...everything." *I look away and look back again except downward* "I'm sorry...."
