still perched on storm's head i look at the foals and say " yes, children, ur father was a beautiful white pegasus named Vladimir. he was very kind and courageous, i was extremely glad when he finally found ur mother. they were such a beautiful pair. but then , Konari, the dark pegasus killed him in his sleep. it was a horrid fate but i made sure ur father made it safely to the spirit world. " i smiled down at the foals

i smile back " it is actually very nice, thank u." i lay down inbetween storm's ears " and it is very comfortable" i give a laugh and watch as the two foals learn how to use their wings " oh, dears, on the first upstroke make sure ur wingtips almost touch at the top, it will make lifting off much easier..... yes, just like that..... good, good...." i kept out a steady steam of complements and tips. i cheered when they finally got their tiny bodies off the ground and flew about.
