A warm summer wind swept over the small frame of a yearling zorse; tossing her curly mane. A faint ripping sound could be heard as she tore up grass with strong teeth. Her tail flicked about at any flies while releasing a strong feminine sent. The colts and stallions with in the group often found themselves lifting up their upper lip due to the females's heat. Zella shook her neck before lifting her head saying a short, "Good bye" and trotting off. Her mother's kind voice flowed out sternly, "Don't go too far, dear." While the call was heard it went unanswered. The filly disappeared into dense redwood trees leaving them behind for yet another adventure.

It was not long before she found a small trickling stream a descent ways off from her family. Longingly she looked at it but the sight of another horse (may or may not be yours) kept her at bay. Who was this stranger, and where they danger? She wasn't sure but kept hidden, oblivious of her smell.
