Personality: Kethryllia is not one would think the Rune Guardian of Darkness would be like. Many would think that she’d be dark and humourless, merciless and bloodthirsty. However, Keth is rather quiet and withdrawn when you first meet her. Unless someone is meaning harm on her or to steal the Darkness Rune, she can be rather nice. However, she does have a look about her, like she couldn’t be bothered talking to anyone. Not that she think you’re below her, just that she barely ever wants to exert the energy to talk to anyone. However, once you get to know her, if you do, then she’s a considerate person, however she is very afraid of losing people close to her, which is why she closes herself off. She has lived too long and lost too many people in her life to try to be close to another.

History: Kethryllia knew from the very moment she was born that she was meant to be the next Dark Rune Guardian, just like her twin sister, Tiatha, was meant to be the Light Rune Guardian. The reason it was known, as only the Rune Guardians have a dragon hatch at the very same moment, one black dragon with a black gem upon its forehead, and a white dragon with a white gem upon its forehead. Only a Rune Guardian’s dragon has a gem upon its forehead and hatch at the very same moment as the child. They grew up training to fight and learning to use their powers. Many often thought Tiatha was meant to be the Dark Rune Guardian and Kethryllia, the light, as their personalities were so opposite to the rune they protected. Tiatha was dark and cynical, always looking for a reason to harm something, whereas Keth wanted to help others and was kind. However, their powers and dragons were the only thing that proved otherwise. It is unheard of for rune Guardian’s to have opposite personalities to their runes, so no one knew what to do.

Keth learnt her dragon’s name at 13 years old, learning her name was Veluthil, and Tiatha’s was Nlaea. At 18, when they were of age and were ready to go to the sacred hiding spots of the Runes. Both at a different spot and only known by the Guardians. After being trained by the previous Guardians for 100 years before they left to live a normal life before they passed on. Kethryllia has been guarding the rune since with Veluthil by her side, her only company. From time to time, she went to visit places, placing a barrier over the tomb for a couple years, when she learned how hard to was to watch as her friends grew old and died unlike her.

Only 2 years, Tiatha had come for a visit and Keth welcomed her, being hospitable to her older twin sister. However, everything went horribly wrong when Veluthil went out to hunt for food. Despite Nlaea’s reluctance, she had to comply when Tiatha ordered her to attack Keth whilst she stole the rune. Keth had tried to escape the dragon’s hold and called to Veluthil, however, it went sour when Tiatha ran her sword through her right thigh, making Keth lose consciousness and almost die from loss of blood. However, Veluthil came in time to take her to a healer and save her life.  It took a lot of rehabilitation as tendons and nerves were severed for her to learn to walk again, as her heightened healing abilities helped her. And with Veluthil, Kethryllia learnt to walk properly again. After, she went out to seek out her sister, after 9 months of rehab. After being locked up with Veluthil, she wasn’t expecting to see the world covered in demons and predators, killing off people 1 by 1. The earth barely had any bright greenery left.

Other: Has a scar on the front and back of the middle of her right thigh and she has an ever so slight limp, but it isn’t very noticeable  anymore unless she runs or walks for hours and hours on end.


Plot: Kethryllia and Veluthil are trying to find Tiatha to take back the Dark Rune. Along the way, she meets a guy and despite her wanting him to vanish, he decides to help her because she always seems to get into trouble. (I don't really have much yet.. We can expand)..

He can be whatever you want, however old you want, he can have a dragon or some other companion/mount.
