Name: Skai
Gender: female
Age: 2y/o
Breed: Alaskan Klee Kai
Personality: Likes to keep to herself, protective, aggressive with strange dogs.
History: Skai was born into a wealthy family and picked out of the litter to stay with the family to be in competitions, be a companion then be part of their breeding program. When she was 6 months old, she decided not to want to cooperate for shows. Her humans tried for a few months to make her into a show dog to no avail. When she was a year, because of her bloodline, they tried to breed her to sell her puppies. She was aggressive with every male they brought around and finally had to force her to take the stud. She had a litter of puppies, which they sold, then decided she was too much trouble as she got aggressive with them. They were going to put her down when a woman convinced them to let her take her. They agreed and she took her home. Skai lived with the woman for a while then got loose one day and has been running wild ever since.

Name: Diva
Gender: female
Age: 3y/o
Breed: Australian Shepherd
Personality: Happy, sweet and caring, can be possessive, protective, out going
History: Diva had been a herding dog since she was 8 weeks old. She had lived on a farm herding the cattle, horses, sheep, and anything else that needed to be herded. She was her human's right hand dog and loved him very much. He would take her for rides in the truck and with him wherever he went. That was until he fell ill and could no longer care for anything including himself. He had to sell everything and move into the city where his family cared for him. His wife had died in a car crash a few years back and he didn't have any kids. Diva was the only thing he truly loved and he could no longer care for her. His family did the best they could, but after he passed away, they tossed her away like a piece of trash. They dropped her off at a shelter and never looked back. She still wonders what she did wrong to end up there. Did she bark too much? Get in the way too much? Or maybe was too protective of her human? Whatever the reason they left her there. She was on death row after a couple of months when finally a couple came in and adopted her. They saw her beauty, but they also saw money when they looked at her. She was, after all, a pure bred un-altered female Aussie. They took her home, gave her attention and a warm place to stay. Then they introduced their blue merle male Aussie. They let him mate her whenever he wanted and would hold her if she refused. She had litter after litter, back to back, just so they could make money. She became very depressed, but craved the attention so she stopped fighting and gave in to the torture. One day the gate had been left open and she snuck out while the male was distracted. They looked everywhere for her, but she always hid when they were near. She finally made it into the woods and kept going. She has been on her own for a while looking for a human to love her.
