I wandered off to find Starlight.

I smiled up at Blazikin.

Starlight sighed, resting her chin lightly in the water. She walked over to find Blazakin and growled when she saw who was with him.

I saw Starlight and ran after her.

I looked up and said, "Hello, Starlight."

Starlight ignored her and turned to Blazakin. "I have been waiting at the river for over an hour. Where were you?" Starlight growled.

Blaze sighed. "I was with Teardrops."

I could sense an argument brewing so I quickened my pace.

I sighed and walked away. I didn't want to get into another fight with Starlight.

Blazakin growled. "Teardrops is my mate!" Blazakin snarled.

"But I'm your SISTER. Which one is it Blaze? Family or a mate that is hogging my brother 24/7!?" Starlight snapped.

I walked up to Starlight and nuzzled her. "Starlight. Please. Leave them alone and come with me." I said.

I was just stepping out of the forest and moving towards the den when something hit me from the side and I was knocked down. I yelped and a growl sounded close to my ear, "I'll make this painless if you cooperate." Then I was yanked up by my scruff. "Blazikin! Help!" I howled.

Starlight's ears pricked at a call for help. She dashed forward and snarled as a brute had mounted Teardrops. Starlight leaped on the brute, prying him off of her and ripping through his flank.

I ran after Starlight, also hearing the howl for help. I jumped on the brute and tore at his side.

Night Teardrops

I scrambled away from the snarling, fighting brute, shivering with fear and shock.

Starlight slid under the male's belly, clawing wildly before pinning him. "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU WERE DOING!?" Starlight demanded.

I shivered as I watched the brute.

I stepped back and growled at the brute.

I smiled evily and said, "What did it look like what I was doing? That fae's in heat. What'd you expect me to do?"

Starlight snarled and attacked the brute again, ripping flesh from his chest.

I watched, growling.

Starlight drove her teeth into the brute's neck, shaking wildly. But something stopped her from killing the brute. She let the brute go and snrled.

I kept the shock from my face when Starlight didn't kill the brute.

"Well, brute. Are you going to leave?" Starlight asked with a snarl.

I growled one last time and went running off.

"Thank you, Starlight." I said after the brute had left.

"Yeah, you're welcome." Starlight replied, not meeting her gaze.

Blazakin dashed over, licking Teardrops' face. "Are you hurt?" He asked.

I nuzzled Starlight and smiled at her.

Blazakin looked at Starlight, "Thank you."

Starlight nodded, but snarled. "I'm going to tare that brute apart." Starlight growled racing off after the scent. She leaped on the male and pinned him down. "Heat or not, the female has a mate!" Starlight snarled.

I rubbed against Blazakin, drawing strength from him.

Brute

"Leave me alone. I left when you told me too." I growled, throwing the arrogant fae off of me.

Starlight kept her grip and snarled. She planted her tail to her rump at the smell of her own heat scent, teeth baring. "As if you'd really leave. I know you kind of brutes, caring about nobody but yourselves. And pleasure." Starlight hissed.

I smiled evily as I smelled her heat scent and I jumped up, finally getting her off of me.

Starlight snarled and whirled around, clawing him in the face so hard, the brute fell back down.
