Plot and Bio's of Anni and Alece
Today was Anni's day. She was going to Earth today, had her funky Quin, and even got her a partner to do extreme missions. She felt like she was an experiment tool, seeing how effective doing dangerous missions on a different planet goes, though she was excited to do it. Today was going to be perfect, but first she had to wake up. It was 4 o'clock in their time, 7am in Earth's. They had to wake up early to be apart of the rush hour of a city on Earth, giving them the perfect spot to hide. Anni was sprawled out on her couch, snoring softly but drooling out of her mouth. She thought about her first day of getting her Quin, which was right after she was partnered with Alece. The academy days seemed like the golden ages compared to now, having to keep jobs to keep up the house, waiting for the call of their mission. Naturally, she was getting her best dream right when it was being interrupted.
"This, my dear listeners, is called a Quin." The instructor said in his mild voice, speaking slow as if they were children. Due to their longer lives, they take longer to mature, thus being rowdy and childish. They run the same school system as most of Earth's, though they start later and end earlier so that they can separate for special jobs. Of course, she was in her so-special-government-school, she was only surrounded by 10 people. A lot come in to the first year, often just doing the part where you pick what you want to be and study for it, but it was actually a processing center for the school. The schools on the planet could house tens of thousands people. There were only a few though. She felt lucky that she was hand-picked out of thousands to be apart from this, though she didn't know how many made it through, or how many got let go or quit. It was hard work, and this was only her third year. She was 20 in that time, being as mature as a 16 year old, though she really saw herself as her age. Her instructor looked at her and beckoned her off the glass, since her nose was on it and her tail was doing a steady wag. Her partner Alece looked at her with her usual grim expression, looking like she was about to make a comment. She shrugged the suspicion off and stepped back, admiring the body. It was placed in s sealed glass chamber, floating in something light green. It looked nasty at first glance, but it had no ears and tail, and casual eyes. No violet, lime, light blue, pink, red, or orange eyes. Instead, they were dark brown. The simpleness excited her, so much that she embarrassingly put her face on the glass. She blushed a bit as she caught the looks around her. The instructor looked at her and pointed his finger to the glass, his fingers taken away by his black claws.
As he pointed to them, the claws slid back and his dark orange eyes looked at the body. His tail hung low and was striped with black, knowing that he was a Earth tiger. She never really noticed it before, but being so self-conscious, was looking for a reason to stare at. His tail moved lightly in the air as he looked at the students, only 10 in the room. "This right here is a Earth male, 5'9'' with dark brown hair. You can see that he has brown eyes and hair, which is a normal hair color for humans." He said, flicking his finger over the body. A few students looked bored at each other, others sat on edge like Anni did. "The reason for these suits is to appear normal to humans, while hiding our traits and characteristics. Now, does anyone know what the drawbacks of these are?" Like most of her life, Anni didn't have an idea, or have a chance. Alece rose her hand quickly and stared at the teacher. Looking around, no one knew except for Alece. Sighing, his tail flickered towards the crowd of silent students before his eyes looked at Alece. "Yes, Alece?" He asked in a disappointing tone. Alece drew back her hand a bit, watching the teachers reaction before she spoke. "The Quin is different from normal human bodies, being that it reacts with machines that help humans, mainly MRI and Cat-scan ones. They are good up for 5 years, but they do not replenish their own blood, and losing too much will cause them to fail faster. They also have the same limits as human ones, but the user does not feel pain, but numbness. The numbness will continue until enough pain is met to where you have to react, or else humans think you don't feel it. In case of failure or severe damage, the user is sent back to the sending station automatically. If the Quin suffers too much damage, you ether wake up in your body, or you die." She ended, her grumpy expression placed with a very small smile. Anni was looking at the instructor, admiring the Earth tiger values, while the other students looked dazed about the information they just heard.
The instructor smiled, pleased that someone was listening. "Very good Alece! Now here are your tables to show the human organs, and we also have an es-"
Anni was awoken from her sleep, half-dazed from the memory. The dissecting off the muscle and organs of humans wasn't her favorite part, but seeing the human body and what she'll eventually be was enough to keep away the disgust. As she mumbled something, Alece's voice rung out from the confusion. "God-damn Anni, Wake up!" She almost screamed as she said it, grabbing Anni's small body and throwing it up above the couch. Anni instantly got up and clawed Alece's arms, but she was too fast and jerked them away and solemnly watched her fall to the couch. Anni let out a choked scream, but was more like a curse. "Nooo Damn it Alece!" She yelled as Alece's plan expression was replaced by irritation. "Wake up Anni, we get briefed today." She replied and briskly walked out of the room, wearing a t-shirt and knee-high shorts. Her hair was wrapped in a towel and she was brushing her teeth. "Fuck you too Alece." She muttered and got up, and walked to the kitchen to take a look at the mirror. Her cream covered hair was sticky up by the ears, but the rest just seemed to be a little rough. She grabbed the brush Alece left on the counter as she walked in, brushing her teeth. Her teeth were sharp, especially the two incisors at the corner of her mouth. Her molars were slightly raised, while the rest of her teeth in the front where sharp. She grabbed the brush and brushed down the hair sticking up by her ears, but it refused to go down. "Now's not the time to be a fucking pain in the ass." She angrily whispered, unaware of Alece's ear twitch as she heard her words. Anni jogged towards the bathroom and turned on the water, while she sat drinking Mint flavored tea. She looked at the paper she got, and read the message. She worried that Anni was going to be late, but she used to always come out in times of need, but waking up late didn't seem to be her forte.
Good ol' Pletora government message's, always using words like they had no meaning. As she read the word Minimization, she let out a scoff. Such fancy word use, must have taken years of hiding things under the public's eyes to come up with that one. As she read it down, she slammed the paper on the table. The mug which the tea was in shook a little, the tea spilling and steadily dripping towards the bottom of the cup. She put her hands on her face, fearing what she had ahead of her. Kill or capture, they meant the same thing in the end, and she didn't expect this is what awaited her. The thought of Anni killing something else didn't go sit her well, while the though of her killing another hybrid, she didn't know what she'll do. Anni opened the door to the bathroom, hot steam coming out from the top of the door. "Alece I need a towel!" She yelled, her head and wet ears poking out. She felt more like roommates with her then partners, though she didn't mind as long as she didn't make them wait, as she was doing now. She strode across the room and grabbed a towel and threw it at Anni's face, hiding all her emotions about the task.
As Anni and Alece were finally out the door, they had cleaned up the apartment to an extent. Anni has been grumpy about it first, but was soon nagging over details to her when she was fixing the bed sheets. Anni took a somber look at the apartment, then went out into a Spring sun. The sun warmed them up a little, but it was still cold and the trains blared across the city streets. Some where using the tree branches that grew tall into the sky as a means to travel, while most were walking on the streets to the trains. They wore light coats or jackets, and were shuffling about to their destination. As a blaring horn sounded, Anni grabbed Alece's hand and ran towards the station. Before they knew it, they were on the long part of the journey, heading towards the sending station to be transported to Earth. They would be sent to neutral zones, often guarded and empty places near the location. Of course, this would be their first major use of the Quin, while testing it out in Pletora and Earth, they had never done more then 30 seconds of it. Alece didn't like her Quin, but was told that she couldn't get a new one, or switch. They were made to their user and were a basis of what you might look like on Earth, while Anni got the best goods.
As a silent whoosh of air came from them, they both got up in unison to get off, Alece keeping her scowl, while Alece took her nervous smile at anyone who passed by. The sending station was a grey building with huge towers into the sky, powering the transportation and lighting up every few seconds. As they stood at the doors, they walked in and were met with a strong smell of wood and fire. "Ah, An and Al, we've been expecting for you." The lady said at the front desk, watching them since they stood outside the doors. She had Crystal white eyes with a black and blue stripes up her ears and tail. Her ears were thick and tall, while her tail looked like the one of a horse's, kept the stripes. "Head towards transporter 2-203 Please." She said in a almost robotic tone, showing them the way to the transporter. It was just down the hallway, and Anni kinda nudged her on the arm. She was craving the excitement, but Anni looked like a nervous wreck. "Holy shit Al-" She was cut off as Alece grabbed her hand and pulled it to the transporter. It was a long black tube with a blue metal frame over it. "Fuck is this..." Anni whispered as she stepped in, her ears flickering as she was taking in the smell.
Alece didn't know what to think, but her scowl was turning into a wide smile as she sat down, and pulled the metal frame over her. Anni looked at her with a face of confusion, whether it was from her unusual smile to the frame around her, she quickly did the same. As the metal frame clicked in place, it started to glow, and it began to tighten around her. Her door shut outside, but before it did, she heard a clink as Anni's did also. It began to wrap around her, until it felt like it was about to suffocate her. It began to feel hot, then cool as she closed her eyes, though not of her own will. The frame touched her head and the cool metal began to light up, then she felt pain in her body. It was short, ranging up from her feet to her head, but the feeling was making her panic. it felt like her limb wasn't there, but she calmed herself down, realized that it was just herself being transported. As it reached her waist, it began to hurt more, until she was ready to scream in pain. It was already bad enough to the point where she had to grind her teeth, but before she could let her mouth open, she felt her vision falter. After that, she blinked open her eyes and smelled a horrid smell.
Reaching up to plug her noise, she saw the color of her skin. it was darker, while she didn't feel a tail by her legs.
She spun around, until she was sure no tail was there. Looking around, what looked like cars was around her, while many people walked on by, not even noticing the girl. She had a heavy jacket around her, covered in soft but tight, pants. She was wearing boots that felt like fur on the inside, and she shuddered. "Alece." Someone touched her on the arm. She sniffed, but her nose couldn't tell who it was. She looked across, but had to look down just to see her. If she hadn't said her name, she would have kicked her. Anni was smaller then her usual self, though that really wasn't big to begin with. She almost had to stretch her feet to tap her on the shoulder. She was wearing a open hoodie with skinny jeans on. She wore almost the same boots as she had, only much warmer looking and she was putting a face on. "I got told our apartment before we were sent, follow me." She said and grabbed Alece's elbow and dragged her. The crowd was hard to pass through, a lot more if you were half the size of everyone else.
"Fucking people, MOVE!" She yelled as she let her teeth show. Most of them stared, but others stood still. She grabbed her arm and yanked her into the traffic, walking across people and waiting with crowds. The place smelled bad, almost as bad as they said it would be. The frosty air bit into her cheeks, but she didn't notice as Anni stopped. She was much shorter with her, but had enough reaction time to turn to her side to fall. "This thing is fucking disgusting." She said openly and spit on the ground, which was concrete. Alece was too busy staring at the apartment complex to really care, and she watched the windows. "At least we didn't get anything that was too shitty compared to the shut dump this is." She muttered under her breath and opened the building doors, walking in to a smell, not so sure if it was worse or better then the smell outside.

An and Al, Agents of Pletora Government and Minimization Branch.
You have been contacted for a exploratory mission on Earth. This mission calls for the economic check-up of a nation, but that is not your primarily mission. This mission calls for capture or killing off several suspected humans that know of our existence, from being exposed from a rouge hybrid. Your mission is to capture or kill these people, while taking out the rouge.
