What? Just because i'm drunk doesn't mean i can't. [M][Emoticon]
Crystallis sat on top of a rock near her tent under a tree and groaned after taking another sip. It was dark sense it was already nighttime and was too quiet. Her ears were flat and her tail was wagging as she blushed wildly. She was drunk once again and it hit the spot. She licked her lips as she sat there and giggled, the breeze blowing her hair back a bit. Looking at the bottle, she whined as it was empty and tossed it at a rock which broke. She sighed and licked her fingers of any wasted drops but she just couldn't control herself, so she went a little heavy on it. Pulling back, she sighed and stood up on the rock but bent down to her feet in order to stretch. She felt like taking another bath, but the water was frozen. With a small sigh, she hopped off and walked inside her tent and curled up tightly as she hugged a pillow. She wore a regular button-up sheep patterned long-sleeve shirt with underwear with a sheep on the back. She moaned lightly as she turned back and forth every half hour, sleep taking her away quickly. She twitched a bit as she laid on her back, her pillow at her arm, everything slipping to a world of dreams. She kept dreaming about having to live with fire dogs even though their mother was a ice wolf. She groaned from having to remember parting with her dear brothers when they had to go together on a different path, even though they lived. She gasped quickly and sat up, panting as she clenched her hands. "How could two opposites get together? How could i, a ice magic user, be used to a fire magic user and a weapons specialist that were like papa?" She muttered to herself, ears flattened still.

Keru hid behind the tree from the wind, tugging his ears back uncomfortably and blowing his jacket away from him. He slid down the trunk of the tree, a curved one that was no more then 4 feet off the ground. He reached the bottom with a crunch as he stepped on a few leaves and some twigs, then another gust of wind seemed to come at him. He brought about a strong gust of wind to deflect it, and the wind seemed to swirl in circles, almost bending the things as it went. Then it finally dispersed, leaving nothing more then a few leaves on the ground. He went out of the forest and onto the clearer part of it, feeling a sense that it was going to snow. He heard some breathing nearby, and his ears twitched slightly as he strained to listen to the sounds.
Another strong wind came at him, and he deflected it, making a small sound almost like moving water in a bowl. As the figure moved he stopped, trying to stop his jacket from making noise in the wind. As the figure smashed the bottle he realized that It was a girl, and that she appeared to be drunk. He let out a small sigh, and walked to the spot the girl was. He saw the broken bottle on the rocks, and looked at it. It smelled weird, then he remembered what it was, and crouched down to look at it. It had broken in a few pieces, a major piece jagged on the rock. While he was look he found her tent, and realized it was another camper.
"Not again..." He mumbled as he stood up, and waved his hand over the bottle. He sprouted some grass with it, and using some effort, dragged the bottle next to the rock, the tip barely disappearing under the surface. He walked around to the tent where the girl was, retracing the steps from the grass she bent when she stepped on it. As she stirred, he decided he would wait and tell her not to liter, even though he she might be one of those alcoholics that would throw trash into the forest. He sighed lowly as he climbed a tree next to the tent and waited, his eyes moving wildly in the dark. She might be able to see him, and he didn't like being seen by many people, especially drunk ones. He laid out on the tree and closed his eyes, listening to the annoying but peaceful moans of the winds, and the moving of trees.
Once in awhile he would heard a snap somewhere farther in the forest that he hadn't explored. As he was going into a peaceful night sleep a noise came from the tent, his fragile ears picking it up. It sounded like a firecracker next to the noise of the wind, and he jumped down. "Hey." He said as put his hands around the tree, his eyes moving among the darkness, waiting for her to come out, even if she was just muttering in her sleep. He shuffled around his pocket and had a flashlight, even though he didn't like to use it, he decided it would be better in case the girl would do something to him or liter some more. "Hey!" He said louder as another loud moan of the wind broke a branch, shaking leaves as he went. It was beginning to become cold, and he didn't want to stay here longer then he had to.

Crystallis
Pulling her skirt up, she growled as her ears perked up, hearing a male voice. Stepping out of the tent, she sniffed the air and picked up the direction. Walking towards him, She growled lightly as her ears flattened, knowing she could be in trouble from her bottle. Seeing him with a flashlight, she grabbed the flashlight and turned it on for him, revealing her in front of him but leaning close. "Need something? Oh, i bet you saw me with the bottle. My bad, and that was my only bottle i brought. I have to go buy another and i'll take something to throw them into. Oh, by the way, the name is Crystallis but call me Crystal!" She said happily as her tail swayed back and forth as she pulled back. Not many people come around her tent so she gets lonely easily. Placing her left hand on his hand holding the flashlight and her right hand on her forehead, she closed her eyes for a few minutes, as she focused on trying to know his heat so she could help if needed, then opened them again. "Your really cold and your body is trying to raise its temperature in order to keep you warm. If you stay out here any longer, you'll get pneumonia and the worse it'll get, the more fatal it'll be for death. Come to my tent, there is plenty of warmth and room." She said with a happy but serious tone. She wouldn't mind heating him up herself, being half wolf which gives her excess heat. She hated to have someone die from the cold nearby her home so she had to help. Having someone die on her would not be cool at all, it would make her feel bad for not helping.
Pointing to the tent, she walked away from him by a few feet and stopped and looked at him. She knew that it was crazy, what she was talking about, and huffed. "I know, you need to get your head straight. If you want to come in, then just come in. Your welcome in my tent any time at all, i just don't want someone like you to die from the cold. Ask me if you need anything, i can get it from town." She said in a easy tone that was calm and relaxing. Going back in her tent, she shuffled through her luggage and grabbed a few bowls and some food with some chopsticks; it was raman. Grabbing a pot and testing her container of hot water, she smiled as it was still warm and had enough for two. Fixing hers, she applied her bowlful and used the hot water and started to wait on it. She could easily make it taste like anything cause she had different packets for it, even one that tasted like lamb.
Once it was three minutes, she dumped into her bowl and administered the lamb flavor packet and stirred it up with her chopsticks. Once done, she broke her chopsticks then took a bit but paused, seeing some left for him. Stepping out, she looked towards his way. "Hungry? What flavor do you like?" She called out to him and stood there, tail swishing and ears twitching as they picked up different sounds. Most of it was wolves roaming around and elk moving also, the winds harsh sounds screeched in her ears but it felt good. She sniffed the air and knew her was still there, just she guessed he didn't want to talk to someone like her. "Fine, take your time to think!" She called back in and went back in, sat down and continued to eat. The flavor of lamb was divine in her mouth and she giggled a bit with each bite.

Keru just stood there, till she turned his flashlight on him. His eyes took a moment to adjust, even though it was useless because he still couldn't see anything and he just half squinted his eyes.He just stood there, listening to the girl. As her touch lingered he started to edge his hand away from hers, but it was still there, and she just took his flashlight.. He blinked a few times, and listening to what the girl said, but was still silent. As she started to talk on, he stared at her, and noticed her eyes and her swooshing tail. As she walked past, he listened to the girls footsteps, until she talked again. As her concerns for his condition from being outside played through his mind, and he gave a little smile. He began to slowly walk towards the tent and stop, staring inside to see what she was doing.
As she began to prepare the ramen, she called out to him. He stepped in and felt the heat warm up his face a little, turning it a little pink. Though it was a confined space, he didn't mind but didn't want to take up too much space. She seemed hospital enough, but he wondered if she was drunk and would she still treat him like this when she was sober. As she went on preparing the ramen, he smelled the packet, and scowled up a bit. He didn't eat meat much too often, being that he liked to grow things from his own hands. He would have asked for something else, but he doubted that she would have anything that he would normally eat. "That's fine."
As the steam from the ramen went into his nose, and he started to feel hungry too. As she ate it, he noticed that she made weird giggles. "Must be good." He said quietly as he rolled his shoulders, relaxing himself. He crossed his legs and looked around her tent, feeling comfortable since it was so warm. "So how did you get yourself here?" He said, forgetting why he even came in here. It was warm and full of good smells, and the girl didn't look that bad. "Crystal." He muttered her name as he began to blink more slowly, feeling tired.

Crystallis
"How did i....get here?" She responded and sighed, looking at her bowl. "This is my mother's type of terrain, being an ice wolf. I take up after her. During a warm day, mother sent a small snow storm to only me, which was one moment, and at the next moment, i ended up passed out in the town a couple miles away. I get my supplies from them and in return, i help them." She said and poured the rest of the dinner in a bowl for him. "Now, tell me your favorite flavor. Mine is lamb." She said cheerfully as she sat there, looking at him. She leaned a bit closer to him and smiled, her tail swishing frantically and her ears moving around but perked up when she saw his ears. Seeing that, she wondered if he was a Neko. "Are you a....Neko?" She asked, curious of his answer that could come at any second.
She turned and scrounged around her bag and searched for some things. She got out some water bottles, a spare pillow and three heavy blankets. She handed him one of the bottles, the pillow along with two of the three blankets. "Use one for the bottom and one for the top, like a sandwich." She said happily and opened her sleeping bag and put it on the floor and made it so it could be like a mattress. She placed the fluffy blanket over it and kept putting it in a way she liked. She sighed as she paused and put the water bottles in the pot to warm up and continued to fix up her bedding. "Get a bottle of water from it whenever thirsty. Its keeping them lukewarm." She said to him as she worked. Once finished, she smiled and her tail kept batting the air back and forth in a rapid pace, and her ears twitched with excitement but knew she misplaced her flavor packets in her bag and shuffled over to it.
Scrounging through her bag again while on her knees, her tail was under her skirt and moving at a frantic pace. She hardly knew what it was doing for she was looking for the packets so she could finish his food before it got cold and so it would taste good. She whined as she kept looking for it. "Where is it?!" She muttered to herself as she went through each pocket and sighed. She laid on her stomach on top of her bedding and groaned, giving up but her tail kept at its pace and action. She just couldn't notice what her tail was doing.

Keru stayed silent as she shuffled around, being too hyper and active this time of day for him to really keep up. As she began to talk, he began to drift off, not noticing her asking him a question about what his favorite flavor was. As his blinking slowed he felt her get up close to him, which he didn't notice until he smelled her, then his sight registered what he smelled. He leaned back a little bit and blushed, his face already red from the heat. "...." He stayed silent then she turned away, busy being hyper.
As he calmed down, he wondered what a neko was, but he decided to ponder that later. As she began to move around, he noticed that she put a water bottle, a pillow, and some blankets on his lap. As he looked at the blankets, they seemed quite warm, but he was still confused. He didn't know if he was going to stay longer, but he guessed that she thought that. Even though he was comfortable he was jarred awake, which made him sleepier then he was before. As she began to talk, he wondered if he should stop and ask a question, because she looked pretty intent on finding whatever she was finding.
"What am I...why all the blankets....a pillow...the bottles are supposed to be warm?" He asked in a disorientated way feeling overwhelmed. As she made her bed he stopped, just looking at her and her tail. Her tail seemed to have a mind of its own, which was a little weird to him. "Um...I already ate, so you don't have to do this." He said as he stared at his things, then looked at the tent. "Am I supposed to sleep?" He asked, weirdly not knowing what to do.

She sat up and stared at him, a smile coming on his face. "I don't really want someone like you to go out right now in that weather or you'll die." She said but paused, thinking about the town and huffed as she got up, cheeks puffed up and arms crossed. "if your going to town, i'll take you in the morning. Once there, i guess you'll be happy to be rid of me, like the rest of those low-life travelers. I'll stay outside so don't worry about me, i'm not like a normal dog. Wolves are supposed to be treated like feral animals and be forgotten." She said with a serious tone and walked outside and huffed.
She began walking, her footprints only left behind from each step. She hated being a mutt because she was half dog half wolf. She kept moving but slipped and yelped when she landed on hard ice. She groaned as the pain surged wildly on her head and back, she coughed a bit sense it blew out her breath. Sitting up, she saw she went as far as the river that others had to cross to get to town. She laid back down and shivered a bit as the cold went through her body but she sighed and stayed down, getting stares from the wolves. One walked up to her and growled, knowing she was a half breed and she snarled. Getting up, the wolf was challenging her. Snarling, her hands clenched tight and her ears flattened. "I'm not a half-breed!" She shouted at the wolf and kicked it, leaving it to run. She whimpered as she fell on her knees and curled up close, starting to cry a bit. This wasn't her usual self, something in her was going up and down, driving her up the wall. "I'm not....I'm not a half-breed...." She muttered quietly to herself in her broken up voice.

Alcoholic problems ;c
He sat there. waiting to see where this was going. He hadn't even said too many things, which was his usual, and it was already resulting in problems. He let out a small mental sigh and listened, listening to the girl but just staying awkwardly around her. He thought about her concern, which he guessed that having someone to tell him that it's too cold outside wasn't that bad of an idea, but he was used to it but didn't mind a nice warm breeze now and then. He hadn't visited the town often, and wondered why she had thought of the town in the first place.
He began to feel a little frustrated, she was going on and on and he just felt like a leaf being blown by Autumn winds. As he stood there and left, he felt a little concern, but mostly because he didn't want to stay in a strangers tent while she had a break-down. He shuffled uncomfortably as he stretched his muscles, being tired from being crossed too long. Her stretched and crawled out, seeing the girl in the distant moons. Even if he couldn't see, he still had his flashlight as he grabbed it from being buried to the side of the blanket.
He turned it on as he heard a yelp, and went outside. He rubbed the outsides of his jacket, feeling the cold seep in through his face and his breath visible, especially with the flashlight. It might have been fine a normal night, but the more he was exposed, the colder he was. It was right now caused by being in such a warm place, but he could deal with the warmth being replaced by a persistent cold. As he walked the flashlight down, he saw the glints of a wolf and stopped. He didn't like the wolves, but overhearing her saying that she was a half-wolf and half-dog, he really hadn't made the connection. She was different then the wolves, snapping at his tree and trying to rip his clothes, and flesh, in their mouths. As the wolf came up to her it made this sort of sound, then she kicked it away.
He stood for a moment, breathing rather loudly in the cold night. He walked over to her and crouched down, seeing that she was by ice. Her sadness made him want to do something, which he didn't know want to do. "Probably can't do anything to make you how you were when you were drunk, but then again I shouldn't really care."He said lightly, a small smile on his lips.
He hoped he was picking her up, emotionally anyway. He was trying to get her up, but was actually replacing the cold ice with soft grass as a line of it went into the ice, then stopped as it started to dip into the bank of the river. As he sat down, the ground around him began to sprout grass as well, transforming a usually sandy bank into a few patches of grass. "Not really good about pick-me-ups, but he it goes."He paused for a moment to collect his thoughts about what he was going to say.
With a breath, he spoke."Whats wrong with being a half-bred, since that just means you have something more in you, and your not exactly one or the other. You can do things a wolf can't, but you can't do things that a wolf can. Either way, it would be better or worse being half of something then all, depending on how you view it. You seem like a wolf, but then again you are walking on two legs and have thumbs, so I know that you are at least a bit human."
He stopped a little, looked at her. He wanted to pat her on the back, to show her its okay, but that seemed a little weird. "So whatever you are, you can do something that a something else can, whatever it is since I don't know."He stopped then, becoming silent as he usually is and watched the girls, and felt the cold sip into his clothes, making them cold against his skin. The wind died down and he licked his lips, knowing that he was probably going to have chapped lips. He put his knees up and cradled his heads around them, keeping the cold out of his face, but not by much.He wanted to know what she would say, if she would say anything at all. He felt cold and wanted to retreat to his tree and wrap himself with the blankets that he had, but he felt like this was more important then a nice night of sleep so he stayed, not knowing what was driving him.

She looked up to his face after wiping away the tears and listened, ears perked up. "Ya, but it is weird being the daughter of a fire dog entity and a ice wolf entity. Their complete opposites and they still got together." She muttered as she looked down sadly. Hearing his last sentence, she just couldn't help but cry. Gasping with each minute as the tears dropped, she grabbed onto him and just curled up to him. "Y-Your the first to actually accept what i am!" She said with her cracked voice as she hung to him like a tick.
She couldn't help about what she was doing, just she felt she had to, it being the only thing to do when in a situation she was in. It just felt nice, even when she is holding on to someone that shows compassion. Her grip was loosening up enough that she pulled back and just turned around, blushing. "If that was to awkward, then pretend it never happened." She said to him then got up, tail swishing frantically as she stood there, thinking about it. She couldn't contain herself from the thought, making her head spin.

Keru stiffened a bit, not used to being this close to anything, especially something that was touching him all over. As she continued to talk, he smiled, knowing that he brought her up from her dark place. He nodded as she withdrew from him, feeling normal again but secretly enjoying. There was something about her that made him feel different other then another litterer out throwing bottles on the ground. He saw her get up, and he got up as well, looking at her with a pleasant smile. He turned away from her though and watched the frozen river, feeling the need to skate on it. He thought about what they would do know, and wanted to get to know her more."Oh, and whatever a neko is, I guess I would be one, I think."
He didn't know exactly what it was, but if it was something like her, that was probably the closest thing that he was. He had met someone like him, with ears and tails, often when he would watch them, but would usually never meet him. He smiled a bit and pulled off his hood, showing dark red, fuzzy ears at the top. The right one was slowly tipped at the end, while the other one was bent. He felt like actually meeting someone like him helped him a bit, though he never really hid it, but tried to keep them out of the spotlight to avoid attention.
"Do you think this river would be skateable?" He asked absentmindedly, suddenly wanted to skate on the river, since he never usually did this, but he felt like happier when he cheered her up. He yawned a bit, feeling the cold hit his cheeks. He didn't know how longer he could stay out here, since his light jacket couldn't handle the temperature dropping 30 degrees and below, and it wasn't doing much. He rubbed his arms and let out another yawn, and stared out on the ice. He wanted to go to town and do something, since he really never considered winter activities, he mostly spent winter snuggled up in a mass of blankets during most of the day.

Her smile continued as her eyes softened as she stared into space but quickly snapped out of it. "I dunno. Maybe we can try tomorrow." She said happily as she turned around to him but paused and chuckled lightly. "I forgot to ask but, what is your name? I told you mine earlier." She said as she walked over to him, the ice hardly making her slip sense she was within her domain. Tensing up as she sensed something watching them, she turned to the woods and huffed, knowing the wolves are looking. Walking a bit forward, she felt a cold but soothing feeling blow on her, like fur, and smiled.
"Mother is somewhere, out there, watching over us. She finds all that accept her worthy to feel her watch but others consider it a normal gust of wind." She muttered as she closed her bright blue eyes as stood there, shuddering a bit. She looked at him again and felt another shudder go up and down her spine and she shook herself, expelling it from her. Sense it was gone she huffed and sighed, but froze up, feeling something weak in the ice. She started walking on the river, trying to find the weak point and strengthen it.
She started to pick up the pace, knowing it would not be long till she would find it, or, at least, fall from it. She breathed heavily, trying to get a little faster, knowing if an animal go to it before she did, trouble would happen. It only took a bit that she finally got to the cracked spot and got on her knees. Rubbing it a bit, she made sure no living thing other than her was around. Concentrating, her hand started to glow faintly as she was preparing to use a fraction of her powers. "I call upon one power to help me seal this dangerous thing; Freezing Position!" She said in a firm tone and slowly the weak point but she was trying her best sense she knew it would backfire easily, and it did. The rive by a yard on both sides started to freeze up more and harden but it sucked up to much of her strength and power. Once the glow faded, she felt weak and couldn't move that well but still got up. "I knew it would backfire....It took most of my strength and i only have a fraction left, giving me an hour." She muttered as she slowly walked, feeling drained and sluggish but was trying to put on a smile.

"Keru." He said lightly and huffed out, letting a small cloud of hot air from his mouth. He listened like his normal self, and then watched her walk on the ice. He was concerned, but only took a step forward as he watched her, and stood back. He watched in awe as she started to glow, smiling a bit as it shed a bit of light, and made the Ice reflect the light, shining up the river a bit. As the glow stopped she looked drained, and he took a step out. He didn't know what to do, or if he should help her. He yawned once more, feeling sleepy. He didn't like feeling sleepy when it got cold, since he often heard stories about falling asleep cold you'll never wake up. With a careful eyes on the ice, he put a foot on the ice. "You need help?" He asked and tested the ice, but he knew he was almost sure to fall unless he took of his shoes, which helped but would still crack the ice. As he looked around, he felt colder and colder, and wasn't sure how long he could stay outside. He touched his face a little bit, and felt the need to go on. He put both feet on the ice, then felt imbalanced. His shoes slowly slid apart form each other, until it looked like he was about to do a split. As he lowered to the ground he blushed and put his hands, and put himself on his knees, and trying to find himself closer to the girl.

Her smile finally slid on her face, but it was faint. She stopped and sighed, knowing she miscalculated about how long she had. "You have a lovely name, Keru...." She said gently and leaned forward to him. She blushed as she was close to him but her feet came off the ice. Hitting hard into it, it didn't even crack but she was sore from it quickly. Her tail slowed down and her breathing relaxed and slow as she laid there, her eyes half shut and everything a bit blurry. Her ears pricked forward as she lifted her head to see his face still and tried to get up. The pain still surged but if she stayed out here, they both would die. Once on her feet again, she smelled her stuff and faced the direction of the tent. "I'll be fine, just i'm going to head back before it gets any worse. Your welcome to always drop in sense i'll be by myself, though you might catch me on the way to town." She said calmly as she carefully took each step towards her direction. She wanted to get back before she would pass out or her dormant stage would get her killed. Off of the river, she was a bit faint to see but she didn't stop moving because of the pain. Her body ached from the impact with the ice and she felt sore to the bone. She was only halfway home where her sight got even more blurry and was out of anyone's sight, including his. She knew wolves were watching but didn't care, she was too tired to continue. Falling again, she just laid there, eyes closed and sleep stealing her away, left for anything to get her, even death by freezing. Some of the wolves that were watching her though, were not normal, instead, guarding wolves of her mother that watched her. As they curled up around and on her, she felt safe like she was back home as a child.

Keru watched and got bank onto solid ground, embarrassed that he had offered it to her and she didn't need it. With a great, but weird push, her used his hands to push himself off the ice and onto the bank. Feeling annoyed, he slowly scrambled up and brushed some water and dirt of his pants. With the wind dying down, he watched her make her way to the bank and walk away. He was freezing and couldn't wait to go to his home and warm up, but he noticed her fall and wondered how strong she made the ice. He watched her go, and picked up a smooth, but jagged rock. He threw it at the ice, but only chipped off a little of the surface. Whatever she did she must have made it very strong, he thought.
As the rock skidded a distance and stopped, he turned away and hunched his shoulders, and walked back. As he wondered where she might be, he took a different route, back to his place. But as the flashlight began to dim a little, he noticed that light bits of snow were falling. He blew some off his face, and others heading for it. As he made his way to the forest, he saw the outline of her tent, and noticed that it seemed empty. The snow was beginning to fall in, carried by the wind. He walked over and checked it, the air not was warm as it was before. He also noticed that she wasn't there, which seemed odd since she left before him.
Looking around a bit, he decided that he would at least make sure she was okay. He didn't know why he was doing this, since it was someone who he really didn't know and had hurt herself falling on the ice, and who seemed perfectly fine to take care of herself. As he headed the direction to the lake, he found a bundle of fur wrapped around a body. He didn't notice it was wolves, until their heads popped up. He stood still, looking at them until he noticed a different kind of ears, which looked like the ears of Crystal. As he stood there, the wolves seemed to communicate to each other, and they slowly got up and looked at him.
He felt quite nervous, but he felt like they weren't normal wolves. As they got up, they walked past him, which he was completely still. They walked past him a little, then one of them barked a little, and he understood what he should do. He crouched down and placed his arms around her shoulder and legs, then lifted her up. He was no weight lifter, but he wasn't scrawny, but the body seemed heavy under his arms.
He made an effort as the wolves watched, looking at another and disappearing into the snow. He knew that they were probably still watching, so he made an effort. As he approached her tent he had his flashlight in his mouth, being held by his molars so he could swallow. As he moved his head around to see the tent, he went in and closed it, stepping on some snow in the process. He let her down as gently as he could, but still ended in a thump. He felt exhausted, and he knew that he couldn't make the journey like this. Even though it was awkward, her put the blankets over her, and he used the blankets she given him to roll himself up in a ball. He looked like a huge lump, but he didn't mind. As it began to get colder in the tent, he wondered what he should do to keep her warm.
He knew that he could sleep with her, in the sense of his body warming up her, but that would just cause a weird conversation in the morning. Lighting a fire in the tent would warm it up, but it would probably burn the tent. With a sigh he stepped out of his bundle and opened the tent, the wind coming and and a few snowflakes melting on the walls. He crouched to the ground, then started to grow things around the tent. He wasn't making it, but instead changing the grass into wood, and shaping the wood around the tent. As he stopped the wood over the tent was shaped in a round shape with a tip on the top.
He changed the wood some more to provide an opening, which he crawled in. It surrounded the tent, keeping it a mild temperature. As he opened it up, he warmed the wood up a bit, warming up a room to a mild spring day temperature. With that, he walked inside the tent and rolled himself up like a caterpillar with the blankets, exhausted that he used so much energy.

She groaned as she slept, knowing a bit of a thump in the head that caused a bit of pain but her sleep was highly needed. She rolled a bit but relaxed and curled up into a ball, the warmth keeping her calm and was strong enough to keep her from waking up. She felt something keep the area warm, something she could enjoy physically. Her eyes slowly opened as she looked around, seeing she was in her tent. She huffed, thinking what happened was just a dream. Sitting up, she saw the but and silently gasped, ears perked up. "So it all happened, it wasn't a dream after all...." She whispered to herself and inhaled sharply, feeling some of the pain after the landing on the ice last night. She carefully stood up and quietly walked outside and was amazed on what he did. She guessed it was just to help her and she smiled though she felt bad that he did all of it for her. Just she wondered what time it was today sense she had to head to town for a few things. She looked around slowly, scanning for an opening to look through. She wasn't going to suddenly wake him up and ask him, it would be absurd. Continuing to look around, she knew she would soon have to make one herself though she wouldn't like it.

Keru slept deeply and was wiggling a bit next to the tent. He was warm and content, which was only the reason to wake him up. He leaned against the tent with the rolled up blankets, and heard her move. He didn't register the facts until he went over the days events in a flashback. As she walked out and talked, he opened his eyes and yawned. He didn't want to get up, for then he would be overslept and his powers would be weak, nor did he want to get up since grogginess makes them go haywire.
Taking the latter, he slid out of his little hole and got up, he stretched just a bit and rubbed his eyes. He stood around for awhile, then went outside and saw Crystal standing. He yawned a bit and mphed a hello, since he was too tired to really do anything else. He crouched in the snow that was hard under his shoes, and touched the wood. Seeing that it wasn't one of his finer works since the wood was starting to mold, inside and out, he guessed that he would avoid getting into a situation like that. Giving a glance at Crystal, he dug his fingers hard into the wood, seeing that it was like hard clay and moving a bit, showing the impressions of his hand.
He furrowed his brow, then touched it again, slowly the house began to shrink, but opened at the top to leave the tent unscathed. The house last had no walls, just a round base, but wouldn't go down. As he continued to touch it, it kept imprinting his finger tips on the wood. He got up and looked at it, and touched it again. This time it felt like soft clay, and he pushed it. The wood was becoming soft because of him transforming it, and was also becoming hotter due to him destroying it.
"Bet you could roll this up into a ball." He muttered as he touched it again, and was frustrated. Instead of becoming a little lump, it turned in hot go and started to melt at the edges. It looked like it was about to turn liquid when he decided to roll it up into a ball, and it slowly went to his hand like deflated balloon. The tent was on the ground and he had a sizable clay ball in his hand, and put it in his pocket. Aware of Crystal being around him, he rubbed his eyes again and spoke."Could I come with?" He yawned again as he put his hand in his pocket and felt the the warm ball, which warmed up his left pocket.

She giggled lightly and knew the smile would not be cast away, it was just something that showed her expression. Walking to him, she leaned forward and nodded, her tail swishing frantically. "Lucky i didn't use my Ice Shard Daggers or everything inside it, including you, would be torn to shreds. Weirdly, i can't control them fully. I try to use it by a little amount with my energy but it backfires and takes up almost all of it, rendering me useless and weak." She said in a soft tone as she looked at her left hand, frozen still even though the wind blew on her face. Returning to reality, she huffed and started to walk, her feet crunching the snow under her and turning them into footprints. She knew he wasn't moving but the smile stayed. "Lets get moving! I'll get ahead and lets see if you can follow my tracks and keep up enough to catch me! If you catch me, i'll buy breakfast!" She called to him as she stopped and looked at him. She chuckled and cracked her knuckles as she shuddered and huffed. "Go!!" She shouted and started to run, laughing as she went. She leaned forward as she ran and kept her palms facing down, stiff with no movement, causing her speed to increase. She hopped he could catch her or at least attempt to catch up to her before she reach town, which was five miles away from her tent, including having to cross the river.

He listened quietly, but his brain wasn't awake enough to process all that she was saying. As she started to walk, he walked with her, shivering a bit because of his warm skin with the wind. She began to ran, he stopped in confusion, then wondered what should he do. As he stood there, his brain started to work again, and he realized that he should run. He didn't exactly have a good start, he was just behind her and was already getting tired.
He didn't exactly have a good amount of cash on him to buy things, he decided that he would buy breakfast anyway, even though it might leave him broke in the process. As he slowed down, he thought that he should give it a try anyway, but he didn't know how far town was. He gave a hard sprint, then he jumped in the air. He felt the air whiz pass his ears and hair, and smiled. He liked the feeling, and he was quickly catching up to her, and he gave another hop.
Feeling pumped now, he started to run and kept slightly above her, no more then 5 feet. As he started to run, he went over a hill and saw the river. He stopped slightly, seeing the glint in the ice and how it hurt his eyes. He thought that he would jump over it, but it was wide enough that he would be endanger of underestimating the jump and falling to the ice, or worse, through it.

She was still running and didn't see the river so smoothly like he did on the hill. With one step, she squeaked a few seconds but realized that she was sliding on her feet over the river. Her socks were letting her skate! As she went across the river, she stopped once her feet were on the snow on the other side. She turned and giggled. "See ya there!" She called out to him and continued running to town. Even if she won, she would still buy breakfast.
She decided to not increase her speed, making her run normally. She was getting tired but she kept pushing herself and made sure nobody would attack. She groaned as he stomach lightly growled and she chuckled nervously. "I hope we won't be long. I'm still buying but my stomach wants it now...." She muttered to herself as she started to slow down, her physical energy burning out.
She stopped abruptly as she noticed a guy herding sheep. She groaned as she struggled to keep under control. Making a leap over the herd, she landed on the ground and kept running, picking up speed as she was flipping out. "Why sheep?! Why?!?" She asked herself as she ran, her ears flattened and her tail swishing frantically as she thought about them already.

Keru watched her slide easily over the river, but he felt like he wouldn't be so lucky. With a great leap, he crossed the river but stumbled on the bank. He lost some ground her her as she ran away, and he wailed his arms back and struggled to regain his balance. As he put his arm to the ground, he grabbed what was on it and pushed himself, getting up and he ran after her.
Seeing her in the distance, he sped up, but watched as a Shepard with his sheep came buy. Seeing Crystal's hair around the sheep, he jumped over them and landed on the other side. With a surprised bawws of the sheep and the shepard looking at him, he ran off after her and slowed down a bit. He saw the town entrance and stopped, slowing down behind her just to keep up. He was exhausted and stopped at the entrance of the town, trying not to draw attention. He put on his hoodie, with really no difference then the fact that it gave the appearance that his ears might be fake, and leaned against the building. He glanced at Crystal, then put his arms on his head so that he could breath."I guess...you...win." He gasped out and regained his breathing, licking his dry lips and becoming thirsty.
She smiled and went through her pockets then gave him some money to buy. "You take it for food with my money. In the end, no matter what, i was still gonna buy it like a good sport. I just need to find a frozen waterfall and hide behind it till my urge leaves. I can't be around around those white fleeced things." She replied as she started to shake, thinking about them. Walking off in the woods, she covered her flattened ears as she panicked once she saw a stray sheep.
"Why sheep?! Why?!?" She said loudly to herself as she ran for her life. She breathed heavily as she ran, not getting rid of the thought of sheep. She knew she would have to reach the river from the back but it was no good. She came in front of more stray sheep and she whined, trying to resist. Giving a sweet squeal, she grabbed one as she sat down and started to hug it, giggling. She just couldn't let go of it sense it was just a baby lamb she was holding and its adorable sounds just made the urge to hold them just go into higher levels.

Keru looked at her weirdly, wondering if she was going to eat the sheep or something."Uh, okay." He replied meekly and waked into the town. It wasn't full of people, but the people who were there looked at him, and some glanced. He quickly felt uncomfortable and went to look for the nearest shop. As he got deeper into town the people soon cleared out, until there was only a few on the street. Even through the material covering his ears, he could hear loud voices and sounds, so he knew a crowd was nearby. He wanted to get out before he encountered the crowd, so he quickly went to a booth selling meats. The butcher was a old guy with a grey fuzzes on his chin, and had bloody apron and gloves. Giving the blood a glance and thinking this wasn't the time to be scared, he quickly spoke. "How much for the lambs?" He asked a little too quickly, which got the butchers attention. He looked at him for a moment, from his ears to his face, then back to his ears.
"A few bucks per pound, why you askin?" He said with a gruffly voice, staring at his ears on his head. "Gimme the food then, If you wouldn't mind." He was getting annoyed of people staring at him, which reflected the tone in his sentence. The butcher stood there for a few seconds, then muttered something under his breath, which he of course, heard. "Dumb animals, would wanna cut this boys throat." He muttered. which made him stiffen. The man grabbed a few packets of meat, then looked at him. The smell coming from him and the meat were making him nauseous, and made him scowl in disgust. The butcher put on a wry grin and threw in a leg, which poked out and almost reached his stomach.
He bit his lips, which made the butcher laugh. "Scared of some meat huh there bunny boy? You one of those damned animals. Hurry up and go before I break ya like a stick you are." He laughed and turned around, going deeper in to his shop. Keru just stood there for a moment, not knowing what to do. He picked up the meat and the leg, and put them by his side, which didn't make him feel any better. Giving a small huff, he walked to a shop which looked a lot nicer and cleaner. It smelled like spices and exotic smells, which he preferred over the meat. Glancing at a lady walking by him, she soon noticed him and had a smile on her face. "Ah Keru, we haven't seen you in a few weeks!" She hugged him, giving him a whiff of her perfume. He sorta nudged her back, which she was used to. "You got anything for us today?" She asked over a smile as usually. She had bright blonde hair with dark blue eyes, and was looking at him with a smile, as always. "Here." He fished out of his pocket with his free hand the ball, which she looked confused. The ball was still warm, but hardened and had patterns of wood on this. She saw this and was about to speak, when he leaned closer to her. She was the only person he showed his powers too, and he hoped that she kept the secret.
He grabbed it harder and felt it give way slightly, and started to change it. With a expert hand, he started to expand the lump, and give it shape. It soon turned into her favorite animal, a horse. She squealed in excitement and hugged him, grabbing it from his hands. He smiled a bit, then looked at her. He blushed a bit, then spoke. "You can keep it or sell it, either way you should get your own horse soon Anna." He joked, extending her smile a bit more. She looked at for longer, then gave him a peck on the cheek. "Nice as always." She squeezed his arm, then took a step into the shop.
She showed her arm the way, and he suddenly realized that her boss was watching her, and noticed the item he gave her. He had a sharp interest in the object, but didn't say anything as they disappeared. She showed him a room full of clothes, and grabbed his hand and dragged him around. "It's going to be really cold this year, so I want you to stay warm." She poked at his stomach the thin materials he was wearing, and he smiled. She didn't say she cared, but the feeling was there. She showed him some tables with fur filled jackets, soft animal hides, and even gloves. He picked up a few jackets and a blanket, which she smiled knowing that he listened. As she showed him the way to the checkout, grabbing his hand and pulling him of course, her boss was standing at the counter. She gave a strained smile and handed the items over, as he watched their faces carefully.
He didn't want to her get in any sort of trouble, so he tried to make the process as quickly as he could. Of course, he stared at his ears, and looked down at his items. "This is a gift from us, know that we would love to sell your sculptures if you plan to sell them to us." He gave a fake smile and looked at Anna, which she just shrunk under his gaze. He knew what he was going to do, ask for what she got and to give it to him. Thinking fast, he put a hand in his pocket. He found a spare lump of wood that had broken off, and he managed to grow it into a suitable size. He mended it quickly, taking it out of his pocket and glancing down at it. Anna saw it and blushed, her stance tightening up as she mouthed a silent Thank You.
He turned it into a whale, which he once saw a picture of. He made it with a calf under her, which he didn't know where it came from but had to use the extra clay. He looked at it with amazement and snatched it. "Oh...wow." He said as he tilted it, eyeing carefully. "Thank you, Keru." He said as he gave it to Anna, and she ran out of the room. He was surprised to hear his name, and grabbed the things out. He wanted to get this meat quickly to Crystal before it went bad. He managed to get everything and walked out of town, which the mass crowd of people started to come in behind him.
He got out quickly, and walked for a bit. Making sure that no one could hear him, he yelled for Crystal. "Hey Crystal!" He yelled, suddenly feeling hungry. He then remembered he forgot to eat anything. He put the meat down by a tree and opened his stuff up, and noticed a small box of chocolates, and some chocolate fruits as well. He smiled and grabbed a strawberry covered in chocolate, enjoying it. Sure he could get full off of it, but he would want to share with Crystal. He leaned up against the tree and waited for her, enjoying a few more chocolate fruits.

Smothering the little lamb, her ears perked up when she heard her name be called out. Getting up, she hardly remembered the lamb in her arms. Running to the direction of the one that called her, her tail swished frantically as she saw him. "Hey, i heard ya callin' me!" She replied to him but seeing the little lamb in her arms, she blushing and sighed. "Well, looks like the cat's out of the bag...." She muttered as she drew a blank in her thoughts. Looking into the precious lamb's eyes, she gasped lightly with a her blush growing redder a bit and started to smother it again. "So cute! Why must sheep be so cute!?" She exclaimed as she smiled.

Keru smiled a bit, thinking that it was cute what she said. Slumping the things on his back, he noticed the cute lamb in her arms, and lifted his spirits. "You could always just buy one, though they don't stay lambs forever." He made small talk as he stretched out his legs, and grabbed a piece of chocolate and put it in his mouth. "You want some?" He asked through a slightly full mouth, and slouched his back as he looked at the sky. He had plenty of time in the day, and he was bored. He stifled a yawn and lowered his eyes, feeling like he needed a nap, but wondered if it was just the cold.
He was sure he needed to get back to his home and do a bit of cleaning up and warm up the place, making sure that it was sealed from the water and snow that would come. He got up and looked around, spotting something in the distance. A smile pricked his face as he realized that it was a herd of wild horses, and he looked at a grey horse in particular.
'You've ever rode a horse?" He asked, taking a piece of chocolate and walking towards the herd. He turned towards Crystal and motioned her to come. He walked casually to the herd, holding out his hand with the piece of chocolate. They moved slightly away from him, but kept their eyes on him. Only one horse came up to him, and this was the grey one. The mare sniffed him nervously before eating the chocolate and tasting it, he rubbed her neck and checked her over, making sure she wasn't hurt. They had almost like a connection, being able to read each others intentions.
He jumped up slightly and landed on her back as she shuffled to support his weight. As she walked forward a bit he leaned on her, and looked at Crystal. "Cmon up, she's friendly." He held out his hand to her as the horse flicked her ears back and watched the new creature advance towards her, while Keru gave a reassuring pet by her ears.

Starring at the horse, she knew that they were aware of her presence. "I really shouldn't, ones that eat grass are prey to their enemies, the ones that devour them. There will never be a truce to the two creatures, no matter how hard others try for it them becomes hopeless. I am an opposite to its kind but that doesn't mean there can't be a time we can get along. I'll take up on your offer, Keru." She replied, most of the words she spoke dazing her out of reality as her thoughts clouded her sight but on the last part, she smiled. Jumping onto the horses back after putting down the little lamb, she watched it flee from her and she huffed, knowing she'll find it a cuddle it again later. Looking back to him, her smile grew greater and her tail went a bit crazy with its swishing around, her ears listening for anything suspicious.
