Maya's mouth dropped open and she exclaimed, "You smoke?!" Then she realize what he was going to do. "Ummmm... You might not want to do that." she warned, rembering how vampires reacted to cigarettes.

"Our lungs are very sensitive which means they can't handle smoke as well as humans can. Especially smoke that is inhaled purposefully." Maya explained, looking up just in time to see him take a few puffs of the cigarette.

Vincent shook his head at her,closing the door and locking it. He took off his jacket,throwing it on the table as he jumped on the couch and let out a relaxed sigh. His eyes closed as he slid his hands under his head. He looked quite relaxed,reclining his dirty boots on the sofa.

Maya watched Vince lay down then she sighed. She walked over to him and looked down at him and said, "Boots off the couch please. I had to pay 100 dollars for that thing. And it was a rip off." Then she sat down on the recliner and put her head in her hands and tangled them in her long, black hair and sighed deeply, exhausted.
