Maya threw back her head and laughed. Then she punched him in his arm playfully. "Come on." she said, Then she grabbed his hand and led him out of her room.

Vincent followed her closely,his eyes scanning the crowd. He was quite curious how it'd be from now on.

Maya led him to a resturant called The Vampire Cafe. Humans passed it off as a joke. Only vampires knew the real reason behind the returant. She led Vince inside.

Vincent looked at the sign,chuckling slightly. "Oh come on.." he said,before following her inside.

Maya ignored Vince's comment and walked up to the receptionist desk's. "Table for two please." she said. "Vampire section right?" the receptionist asked. Maya nodded. The receptionist picked up two menus and led them up a flight of stairs next to the desk and into a dim room. She sat them down at a table near the door and said, "Your sever will be right with you." Then she left. Maya turned to Vince and smiled then asked, "Well, what do you think?"

Vincent held back his laughter,rubbing his eyes as they adjusted to the light. "Almost funny,because it's so true." he smiled at her.

"Yeah." Maya replied, smiling. Just then thier waiter came up. "Hi. I'm Mark. I'll be serving you tonight. What would you like to drink?" he said, pen posed over his notepad. "I'll just have some blood wine." Maya said.

Vincent looked up to the waiter,nodding. "The same please." he said.

The waiter nodded and walked off. Maya turned back to Vince.

Vincent looked around,noticing other people but,seeing they're skin matching a normal tone.

"Everyone else here is like us." Maya reassured Vince.

Vincent smiled softly. "You sure?"

"Yes. This is the vampires only section. Humans do not know about this section of the resturant." Maya explained.

Vincent started to think,then lowered his head. "How would they know who is who?"

Maya smiled then said, "The receptionists are vamps. In fact, all the people who work here are vamps.They can tell who is or is not a vamp." Just then their waiter came up with their drinks. He set them down and said, "Do you know what you want to eat or do you need a few minutes?" Maya knew what she wanted but she wasn't sure if Vince did. "Do you know what you want?" she asked Vince.

Vincent sighed,then looked at the waiter. He examined the list,but wasn't to sure what to get. They sounded normal but,he felt like he was going to puke,thinking about the twists they must have. "No,not yet. You can order first Maya."

Maya nodded then said, "I'll have the blood sauseges." The waiter jotted that down then turned to Vince. "What will you have, sir?" he asked.

Vincent put his finger on the prime liver,looking at the waiter. "The prime liver please?" he asked,his tongue licking his teeth as he got a bit nervous.

The waiter jotted that down then said, "I will be right back with your food." Then he left. Maya took a drink of her blood wine, closing her eyes with happiness as the smooth, refreshing liquid hit her mouth.

Vincent did the same,taking a nice,long drink of the blood wine before stopping. He savored the flavor for a little while longer,smiling.

Maya set down her glass and licked the blood wine from her lips. Then she smiled at Vince.

Vincent still drinked the blood wine,loving the taste of it.
