Alifa

Fear Strikes too Much.. Fresian

Alifa ran for her life, fear striking everywhere around her, her vision becoming blurry and hard to make out the
trees and objects in front of her.
A pack of gigantic grey wolves chased after her, snarling and snapping at her hooves. She kicked ones muzzle,
it whined and stopped, then continued again. There was no way she could stop any of this.
She cried to herself as she ran, and eventually collapsed as the grey wolves were far behind.

The wolves caught up, and simply leaped over her, and turned into ... a mist, just, gone now.
She gulped and looked around , not too sure what happened.
She looked around again, and lied her head down on the cold, moist soil beneath her.
She shivered some ..

She gritted her teeth, and finally looked up, try to see past the trees, she wasnt sure if it was...
Day, or night.
Her eyes grew wide, and she just sighed, she could never tell the time in this forest, in fact, she probably never will.
She wasnt even sure how she managed to get here! Her fears are over taking her...
She shivered again, and a cold breeze swept through the large forest, giving chills straight down to her bones.
One, last, tear drop crawled down her soaked black cheek, and landed on the soft soil.
It felt like ice to her.

She rested her head down again, and just layed there, closing her eyes and thinking of a happy place...

But she didnt have a happy place.
She never had a such thing as 'happiness' anymore. It was gone, never real.

She began to relax a bit, her tiny black body shivering, surrounded by large, forest trees.

Fear Strikes too Much.. Warhorse_with_sword_by_BraveAnimal

Akio snorted, nostrils flaring at the whip lashed into his flank again. His rider was impatient, but a large draft such as him could only move so fast through the thick mud. It sucked at his hooves, pulling the energy from his with every step. He felt blood trickling from the whip marks, and hung his head, nearly admitting defeat. Akio had been a warhorse, and still was. He and his rider had been separated from the group, sent to hunt down a wolf pack that kept killing the flocks that the Calvary was fed on. Akio had been named when he was just a foal, and it meant 'glorious hero'. The young stallion easily lived up to that, and killed nearly as many men as his rider did.

A series of yelps and barks erupted from behind the duo, making Akio jump. He felt his rider turn in the saddle, and heard the stretch of a new bow string. The thundering sound of many paws pounding on the ground grew louder, making the weary horse lay his ears back. There was twang, and the sound of a body hitting the ground with a thud. The whip slashed his flank, harder this time. Spurs dug into his sides, and Akio was forced to go faster. Several more wolves went down, all in a period of several seconds. But they were headed for something, and it wasn't the large stallion with a well armed rider. One more wolf fell, and they were gone.

Akio drug himself up onto solid ground, panting. The whites of his eyes were showing, and foam lathered his neck. "Get moving you worthless nag!" His new rider was harsh, and Akio was growing tired of the abuse. The wind sent smelly blasts of swamp air at him, and they carried the scent of a mare with them. He heard the sound of the whip whistling through the air, and Akio reared, slamming his rider into one of the willows. A cry escaped him, and he fell silent. The panting horse turned, watching his broken rider. A last kick to the head was all it took to finish him off.

With a warning whinny, he took of towards the scent of the mare.

(It sucks...)

(Thanks ^-^ I didnt think anyone would reply, sorry if its a few days late Very Happy )

Alifa

Alifa heard a loud bang onto the thick bark of the nearby trees, her head shot up and she looked around
quickly. Anything could have made that noise, but the sudden scent hit her. Death.
Her ears perked up, taller than they ever where, and she suddenly moved herself off the ground
when she heard the whinny from another horse. Stallion.
She squinted her eyes, blinking as fast as she could trying to clear the left over tears that were
making her vision horrible. She had to look around several times before she eventually saw a feathered hoof
just behind a tree.

She neighed back and took a few steps backwards, she was now stepping on stone, and her hooves let
out a sound and the wind went straight to the stallion. She couldn't be sure if he was a danger
or not. Then again, he did warn her.
She gulped slowly then took several shaky steps toward the stallion, her tail sticking straight out and spiky
like the back of a terrified cat.
Her legs were long and skinny, in fact, she was all skinny. She couldn't quite remember her last meal..

(I didn't exactly know what to write, so bear with me if you run into some random run off sentences or just random info. that I could have mentioned earlier ^-^ )
