It wasn't exactly what Kali wanted, but it would keep her safe and fed. "Does the rest of the pack do any hunting?" She asked, sitting and looking around.

"Well sometimes me and Shadow do the hunting. For Pelican is very stubborn. I mostly hunt." I replied.

[Harley]

"I lived alone most my life. I know how to hunt." She said, glancing around nervously. "Or do the omegas stay back and do nothing?"

"You are welcome to hunt. But you will be watching my pup while me and my mate are gone." I replied. I grabbed a deer leg and put it down in front of her.

[Harley]

"I thought I had to stay away from your pup." She replied, nodding in thanks then slowly lowered her head to start eating.

"Well you seem trustworthy now. But we rarely go anywhere far together." I said with a smile.

[Harley]

"OK. I will." She said, teeth slicing through the deer leg easily. When she was finished, she looked around for the pup she was to be looking after.

"The pup is in the den sleeping." I said.

[Harley]

"I'll wait till he awakes then." Kali said, approaching the alpha with her tail between her legs, ears laid back slightly, and her pose was a slightly crouch. Gently, she nuzzled his shoulder, looking up at him.

I smiled and nipped her nose in a friendly way. "Um Kali. Are you asking me to be your mate?" I asked quite confused.

[Harley]

"You already have one. Why would I ask you that? I'm simply showing respect and trying to be social." She said, looking at the ground sadly.

"Yes I know I have 1. But thank you for showing respect." I said.

[Harley]

"You are welcome." She said, heading over and laying by the den Silver was sleeping in.

I smiled and layed my head on my paws and closed my eyes.

Pelican sighed heavily, watching as the sun set over the mountain top. She sat up on her haunches, ears pricked forward. She could hear a howl in the distance, she stood immediately. Glaring around her letting out a growl. Her bright yellow eyes beaming with rage. She whirled around to see a large black shadow flash by her. She snarled, pinning her ears to her cranium. She yelped suddenly as the enormous brute landed on top of her. She sneered, abring fangs before raking claws down his face. When he yowled she kickedout feriously at his stomach. As he flew off her she leaped to her feet. Snarling in defense, she extended her claws firmly. Holding herself back from shreading him to pieces. Snapping wildly at his maw, when he turned aorund to lung at her she did as well. Locking her fangs around his neck and biting down hard. She didn't release her grip, she heard his whimper and she raked claws down his flank. Pelican let out a sneer through matted fur in her maw before tossing him aside like he was a piece of trash. Stomping her paw roughly on the Earth, she drew her head up and let out a victory howl. She stopped before walking away from the scene, strolling through out the forest grounds.

Kali perked her ears as a mouse scuttled in front of her. She smiled slightly, feeling restless already and standing. "What do you do all day?" She asked, pacing a little.

"Well I hunt, hang with my mate, teach Silver to hunt, and mark the territory." I replied.

[Harley]

"And what do I do until Silver awakes?" She asked, noticing that the options mostly applied to him. "I'm used to moving constantly.... I can't sit still for this long..." She whined.

"You are welcome to hunt with me. Lets go!" I said with a trot into the forest.
