when merla woke up she decided to go on a run, to feel the stretch and pull of muscles, to have the sweat of exertion running down her neck and back. feeling the rocky earth beneath her, merla felt so free and so happy. all the events of yesterday seemed so far away now.suddenly, the wind picked up and merla knew it was a challenge. "okay, lets see what u got mother nature" and she ran as fast as she could, her hooves barely touching the ground. she felt the wind waining and knew she had won. she came to a stop and reared back on her hind legs and let loose a yell of pure joy and ectsacy. she landed lightly on her feet, panting hard. she smiled and went to lay down under an oak tree to rest. after awhile merla let herself fal into a deep sleep.

merla woke to white fang standing above her. *yawn* "okay! lets get goin!" merla jumped up quickly and started to run toward the place where she last saw angelina, white fang ran beside her on the way.

Angelina looks at them saying "What is going on?"

merla smiles at angelina and says "well this morning i woke up and decided to go for a run. it was pretty fun, i had forgotten what running for joy felt like. then i went to sleep under that tree over there" she motioned towards the mighty oak looming in the distance "and then WF came and woke me up and then we came to see u. and by the way, how are u? did u sleep well? and if u r hungry there is a rather large patch of sweet grass over there.
