I sighed and sat down outside the den, not knowing if she would forgive me or not.

I licked my wounds and fell asleep. I heard him at the entrance of the den watching out

I looked up at the moon, the light glinting from my eyes. Then I howl, my inner wolf making me howl.

I smelled the air and smelt a injured bear nearby. I raced away an tore open its throat. I dragged the carcass back to her cave and set it down at the mouth of the cave.

I got up and licked his muzzle affectionately and ate some. It was the bear that I attacked

I smiled and let her eat before I tore into the bears stomach.

I laid down and slept for the rest of the night and half of the next day

I laid beside her, hoping she had forgiven me. I slept beside her, but woke up sooner. I stayed there, watching her sleep happily.

I smiled and licked her cheek lovingly.
