"A little- a-" Castian tried to get the words out, but wasn't sure what they were in the first place. She wasn't even sure if it was magic in the first place.
"I dont know!" Exasperated, the elf leaned back against a large boulder, wrapping her arms around herself, looking at him with troubled eyes. "I'm afraid to use it. Whatever it is..." Trailing off, she pointedly stared into the fire, knowing she was making no sense at all, even to herself.

Re: U n t o l d
Kulukath stared at her, thoroughly confused, as she got all worked up over the subject. "You mean magic?" He asked, shaking his head, and furrowing his brow. What was with her? She seemed easily upset. Kulukath himself didn't have much patience, but she wasn't making any sense, and now he was rather curious as to what she wanted, and what she was talking about.

Sighing heavily, Castian felt exposed and rather foolish. This had been a bad, bad idea, and Castian knew that he probably wouldn't let it go. "Perhaps?" She said quietly, and knew that she should of just kept her mouth shut. "Whatever. Nevermind." Pushing it away, she quickly turned and bent down, picking up the sword, her sword that lie on the ground, wiping it on her breetches and sheathing it.

Re: U n t o l d
Kulukath shrugged like he didn't care. "I never said no, did I?" he stated simply before getting to his feet and stretching. He looked around as the clouds dispersed and yawned slightly. His back still hurt and a good bit of running would surely kick the notch that was twinging in the middle of his back from sleeping on the crook in that treebranch. Kulukath stretched once more, touching his toes and cracking his back, before morphing back into the oddly colored stallion and bucking slightly before galloping off and around rocks, jumping every now and again, trying to loosen his back muscles profusely.

Re: U n t o l d
Castien felt relieved that he hadn't prodded her about it, and she let out a heavy sigh as soon as he had left. Light clicking footsteps made her whip her head to the right, her sharp eyes glancing around warrilly. But it was only her stallion. The magestic white horse made his way towards the elf, tossing his head and breaking into a trot as he spotted her figure. She let a slight flicker of a smile cross her face, and stepped towards the horse, holding her palm outward. The beast met her, and thrust his muzzle into her palm. Leaning her forhead against the horses, Castien breathed in the scent of the beast, petting its cheek gently.

Re: U n t o l d
Kulukath stopped in mid-canter to see the other stallion. He hadn't known that he had a horse. Interested, as he was in his own horse form, he turned on his heel and pranced regally up to the other stallion, snorting indignantly. He knew that Castien probably wouldn't like him mingling with her horse, but he was going to do it anyways. The opposing stallion was quite beautiful, Kulukath noted, and must've been from fine bloodlines. Kulukath snorted again and shook his head impatiently at the other horse, flicking his tail as if he was annoyed the other horse was in his presence.

Re: U n t o l d
Snorting, the steed raised his head, his nostrils open and flaring, as hoofbeats echoed up the mountainside. Keeping a hand softly on the stallions cheek, she peered around the horses large body, glad it was just Kulukath, rather someone else. The white stallion snorted indignantly, squeeling a bit in annoyance, and pawed the ground anxiously, the strikes from his large hoof echoing throughout the rocks.
Castian spoke softly to the animal, and he imedietly calmed, his large white ears pricked forward listening to the elf and making small snorts as she spoke, as if the two were silently comunicating.

Re: U n t o l d
Kulukath pinned his ears in returned and pranced off indignantly, only to circle back and stand beside Castien's other shoulder. He felt a bit obnoxious, and since this steed had gotten her here to kill him in the first place, he saw only fun in teasing the beast. Plus, even as a horse, Kulukath was uncannily strong and 17.2HH. He snorted and pulled Castien's hair very lightly and shooting a glance at the other stallion that was very daunting. Kulukath then pricked his ears and held his head very high, as if he'd accomplished something very great.

Re: U n t o l d
The elf didn't bother watching Kulukath, but when she felt a sharp tug on her her hair, she pursed her lips, staring ahead with a dead serious glare. Her stallion snorted indignantly, thrusting his head over Castiens shoulder and pinning his ears, nipping at Kulukath, as if to say, 'Back off, that's my job!'.
"Hush up there." Castian patted the beast on his solid, muscular neck, but he didn't calm down. He was seriously ticked at Kulukath, and tried nipping at him again, taking a mouthfull of his mane and tugging it harshly.

Re: U n t o l d
Exactly what Kulukath wanted, really, to show this stallion who was the 'leader' of this small group (even though they weren't a group, he knew males often faught for dominance, and since he was a complete fool sometimes and was technically part animal anyways, he often felt that tug of the fact that he needed to assert his dominance with any other male he came by; even if it wasn't human). He snorted and yanked his head away from the other stallion and nipped his shoulder harshly, pinning his ears and towering slightly above the white stud, trying to simply intimidate him to back off. He didn't want to hurt the stallion, but if worse came to worse, it'd be the white stallion to make the first move, as Kulukath had strategically backed him into a corner so Castien couldn't blame him for attacking her horse. He could simply claim (and have it be mostly truthful) that he was only attacking in self-defense.

Re: U n t o l d
(Congrats!)
Turning with quick and agile speed, Castian faced Kulukath and jabbed him hard in the chest. "Back off, ok?" She demanded. Sure, maybe he thought it was funny, but her horse was just acting out of pure instinct, and wasn't some super strong shape shifting, one winged, horned.. thing. Shaking her head, she gently guided the stallion past him, who nipped him in the rear as he passed, pinning his ears flat to his skull.
That was all Castian needed. Now she also had to deal with Kulukath's jokes, and to her, it wasn't funny in the least. The white stallion walked grandly away from the group, eying the other horse, Kulukath, with sharp, intelegent eyes. He obviously didn't like him.

Re: U n t o l d
Kulukath neighed angrily at the stallion, and decided to give the stud a good scare by turning into a snake. Kulukath reared up and plopped back down onto the ground as the large boa constrictor he had first morphed into when he met Castien. He was still completely determined to show this stupid son-of-a-bitch horse that he was the 'alpha-male' around here. Being a shapeshifter definately gave him the feeling for the need of dominance over other males, and Castien very clearly didn't understand that. Slithering on the ground, Kulukath began to wrap himself around the white stallion's back leg.

Re: U n t o l d
Castian sucked in a breath as Kulukath turned into a large snake, her horse kicking out and snapping at the thing as it started to curl around its leg. Storming over and losing all patience, she grabbed the snake by the head, and yanked harshly as it slithered and crawled upwards. The horse, on the other hand was leaping around wildly, nipping at the snake and trying to shake it off.
"Kulukath, you.. bastard!" She ended up saying, stormilly continuing to yank on the snake.
(I'll be a bit slow in posting, baking cookiesxD)

Re: U n t o l d
Kulukath hissed angrily when she grabbed his head and decided he should morph into something bigger, so she couldn't have a grip on his head like she did. Her finger was poking his eye, and frankly, it wasn't a pleasant feeling. So, instead, he morphed back into the snow-leopard and jumped away from both of them, roaring angrily at the stallion before changing back into a humanoid.
"You seriously don't understand shapeshifter-demon crosses, do you!?" Kulukath spat at her, obviously annoyed with her interference.

"Ha! You dont understand how to 'not' pick a fight! Look at you! You're like a pathetic loser, trying to show this horse who's boss! There's no need for it!" Castian stormed angrilly, glaring the leopard in the eyes, and setting her jaw. The stallion pranced behind her, obviously upset and rather angry. She held him back and glared at Kulukath, shaking her head. "You males... You're all the same!"

Re: U n t o l d
Kulukath frowned, "I'm part animal, you do realize that, right? Or are you quite blind!?" Kulukath gestured towards the horse, "And, as an animal, it's my job to show that son-of-a-bitch horse who's boss! No matter how frail and dainty he is. Probably that way because he has to carry a frail and weak little girl on his back who can't even finish the job she was paid to do!" Kulukath raged and almost transformed into a dragon again, but managed to quench his rage and stay in humanoid form, his fists clenched angrily.

Re: U n t o l d
Castian, was, speechless. In rage, of course. Her face turned a shade pinker, and she narrowed her eyes, setting her jaw and forcing herself to take deep breaths. She was tempted to fight him again, then and there, to show him who was really the weak one, but knew it would end up with her on the ground. Really, she was no match for him. But she could still try, couldn't she!? Debating whether to run off on her horse, or rather stay and fight, she thought the answer was rather clear. Storming up to him, she shook her head slowly, glaring down into his eyes.
"FINE! Have it your way! You dont seem to have any respect for anyone but yourself, thinking you're all so high and mighty. Look at you! You're a pathetic wimp who uses his powers to actually force people to do what he wants! You dont care about anyone else! Think you're all that, eh!" She snapped, not wanting to get to the point where she wanted to kill him, her hands curling into fists.

"I always have it my way!" Kulukath snapped back, looking down on her, seeing as he was about a head taller than her. "Oh, and I don't just think I'm all high and mighty; I know I am. And if you think I'm a wimp, why don't you fight me. princess!?" Kulukath stepped closer to her, flipping his sword expertly from its sheath and pointing at her, extremely angered now by her robust and completely idiotic behaviour. Anybody who talked to him that way would definately pay for their disrespect. "And if you haven't noticed, princess, I don't care for anybody else because I have no one to care for! Try being me, being hunted down by tons and tons of idiots like you!? You wouldn't have TIME to care for anybody else, now would you, princess!?" Kulukath snapped, trying not to yell at her.

Re: U n t o l d
(Ooh! INTENSE!)
Castian just shook her head. "You dont know anything about me. I doubt you even remember my name, because you dont bother to care." She glanced down, looking wearried and just plain tired of having to deal with him. "Just because you might have some powers, doesent mean that everyone else doesent have feelings you know... And I care about alot of things. Why do you think I followed you after you tried to kill me!" She gestured to the rocks around them. "Why do you think I came up here! To make sure YOU were ok! To make sure YOU were going to get away. To make sure that they didn't find YOU!" Accenting her words each time she said them, she started to feel the anger boil inside of her. Hell, she should just fight him and die now! Flipping her sword into her hand, she pursed her lips, looking dead solid and without fear. "My God!"

Re: U n t o l d
[ xD IKR!? ]
Kulukath snorted. "Castien, male name, but you're female," He spat. "I'm not completely ignorant, princess." Kulukath smiled viciously when she pulled out her sword. He almost disregarded her other words, but decided to comment on it lightly, "You see, princess? You're not fit to be an assasin, if you can never finish what you started." Kulukath put a mock look of pity on his face, thought it was quite obvious he wasn't pitying her. "You know what this reminds me of? Saying you're going to kill somebody and taking the money before killing them? It's called stealing. Princess, are you a thief?" Kulukath goaded, trying to get her riled up. He knew he could easily beat her even without his animal forms if she wasn't angered enough to try hard. But if she was extremely pissed at him, she would fight back with stronger strokes than she would if she was mildly annoyed. Kulukath smirked at her.

Re: U n t o l d
Castian gave him a cocky, angered smile. "Oh, why yes I am!" She admitted, spitting it out like it was bile. "And guess what!? I'm not bothered by it in the least! What, you want to be killed?" She asked ignorantly. "Shut up and stop acting like a total bastard!" Pursing her lips, her eyes flashing with anger, her demenor stiffened. She had had enough of this bastard, and she was about to do something about it, whether or not she was going to get hurt in the process, which she was rather sure she would. Something snapped inside of her, and suddenly, her hand shot forward, holding the sword firm, as if something inside of her had made it move. She was shocked. What was going on! Her body moved instinctivley, going faster than she had ever moved before, twisting and leaping into the air, delivering a massive heavy side kick to his chest and landing skillfully on the ground. And that had all happened in a little more than a second.

Re: U n t o l d
Kulukath didn't mind being hit in the chest, even if it did knock him to the ground. Thanks to a highly (and not to mention a bit unnaturally) muscular torso, it didn't do much to him besides wind him in the slightest. "So, you want to dance, princess? I think you'll learn I'm more complex than you think." Kulukath morphed into smoke and disappeared, reappearing behind her and swinging his large sword towards her, which immediately turned an electric blue, flashes of plasma and lightning crackling off the blade, as he swung it towards the base of her neck with all of his might.

Re: U n t o l d
Castian didn't know what to do, or what was happening. It was like all over her senses, her muscles, her limbs had come alive, having a mind of thier own and moving at supernatural speed. She wasn't even trying to move, but her body jerked downwards and rolled a summersault, and she felt the air of a blade swing over her head. Indignant, she forced herself to stand, shaking her head in amazment. "So now you're trying to kill me!?" Seething with anger, she spun towards him, her sword flipping in the air, its cold steel blade flashing in the sunlight. "You know that you're going to win, and I know that too! Its impossible for me to win, giving you're abilities! If you're so set on proving to me that you're better, then fine!" Castian threw down the sword, pushing it away from her with her foot, and glaring down at the snake. "Go ahead! You know this is what you want, to prove that you're better! But if I wasn't a threat in some way, you wouldn't have to prove you'reself!"

Re: U n t o l d
Kulukath held his sword in both of his hands as the blade still glowed blue and lightning crackled from it at all points. "What, did you expect me to let you live, princess, when you attacked me first!?" Kulukath's eyes held only pure hatred as, instead, he turned and walked towards her sword and brought his down upon it, shattering the blade. "Take your fairy princess pony over there and get the hell out of here, if you want to live," Kulukath snapped, sheathing his sword.
Unable to keep his anger in anymore he morphed into a dragon, taking extra energy to force out another, working wing. With his anger, he found that it fueled his energy more and he wasn't getting tired as quickly anymore. He roared and extended both of his uneven wings and blew a jet of flame at her before whipping around angrily in the air and flying off at top speed.

"And you get the hell away from me!" Castian called bitterly, feeling like she was about to break down into tears, and hating herself for it. She didn't know why she was acting like this, but she had all of the disadvantages in the world, and still, still he was going hard on her!
After retreiving the broken blade,She swung up onto the back of her stallion, and then kicked him into a full out gallop, shaking her head as tears streamed out of her eyes, blown away or dried by the wind as soon as they slipped out. Her hair whipped wildly in the wind behind her, and she was soon on her way down the mountain.
(She should get captured by shadowpath.)
