(Oh kay!)

Kulukath drifted off to sleep before Castien did, and she lay there, slightly exited, slightly hesitant, and slightly afraid. The cave was dark, the water that lapped up at the floor, black, showing that it was night outside. She lay very, very still, as she didn't want to wake Kulukath, but closed her eyes, not sleeping. An hour later, she finally found herself in a shallow rest, that could barley be counted as sleep at all.

In the morning, Kulukath awoke gently. He stared at Castien, and very, very gently removed his arms from around her and got up, almost forgetting that he wasn’t wearing clothes. He wanted food, he knew that, so he grabbed his clothes, slipping on his jeans, and stretching.

Castien was curled up slighly, sleeping very lightly, almost as if she was just resting. As she felt Kulukath stir very softly beside him, she raised her head and gave him a tired smile, already awake. "Hello sleepy head," She said, before she pushed herself into a sitting position, and grabbed the dress on the floor, standing and slipping it on.

Kulukath had just slipped his jeans over his waist when Castien said good morning. He smiled and whispered, “Morning,” he let her get her own clothes on before coming over and kissing her forehead, placing his hand on her stomach, “You think…” he fumbled for the right word, “I’m going to be a father?”

Standing, Castien saw Kulukath start making his way over to her, and she gave him a light smile, before he leaned in and kissed her gently on the forehead. She leaned against him, and looked up as he placed a hand on her stomach, his eyes searching hers, as he opened his mouth to speak. "I dont know, probably."

Kulukath’s smile broadened. He hugged her and whispered, “That’s amazing, but you know what that means, right?” Kulukath continued, not waiting for her to ask him the inevitable, ‘what,’ he quietly said, “It means I’m never going to let you go.” He kissed her neck gently.

It wasn't like Castien just knew right away, and she blinked once as Kulukath seemed to get extatic with exitment, practically radiating sunlight. She couldn't keep a small smile off of her face, and before she could ask what?, He had already started to speak. She leaned into him slightly as he spoke, and she rested her head against his chest lightly, enjoying the feeling of them being together, once again. "I love you."

Kulukath chuckled and ran his hand down her cheek, putting his thumb on lip gently. “I don’t think you should say that,” Kulukath said, before adding, “Because I love you more than you could ever dream of loving a flea.” Kulukath chuckled and hugged her closely to him.

Castien narrowed her eyes slightly, seemingly confused. Shaking her head, she humorously looked up at him, before looking away, a bemused expression on her face. "Right, a flea... Got it."

Kulukath laughed and kissed her lips gently, “Yes, a flea. Your love compared to mine, is the same as your love for a free. I do believe that means I win this argument.” Kulukath laughed and hugged her loosely, rocking them back and forth gently.

"What about..." Castien thought slightly, but she had to admit, that a flea what a pretty good example. His words made her heart quicken slightly, and she didn't bother to make up an excuse. "Fine, you win... for now." She leaned into him and kissed his neck softly.

Kulukath laughed when she couldn’t think up of another thing to come back at him with. He had a few more things he could say, each smaller than the last, but he held his tongue and kissed her ear lightly. “How about some breakfast, hun?”

"How about... A speck of dirt or something?" Sure, it was smaller, but flea's tended to be nastier than dirt. Shaking her head, she gave up, before striding over to the water and poking one of her bare feet into it. "I need to go outside. Coming with?"

(Probably when they get outside and hunt)

Kulukath chuckled and let go of her, “I win.” He whispered, walking over to the edge of the water with her. When he looked around, he realized what a truly beautiful place this was. Smiling, he pushed her into the water before standing on the bank and chuckling.

The swim under the falls had seemed to get easier, as Castien's muscles had gotten used to having to swim strongly, at least twice a day against the current. As soon as she reached the other side, she broke the surface, clamboring out of the water and onto the bank.

Kulukath followed shortly after Castien, swimming underneath the falls and admiring how loud they were, even under the water. Once he resurfaced, he followed her to the opposite shore. He stretched and then asked, “So, what do you think? What do you fancy for breakfast on this fine morning?” Kulukath said with a grand—yet mocking—sweep of his hand.

Castien managed a light smile, and shrugged slightly. "I dont really care, actually." She knew he was trying to be in good humor, and had to permit a small smile, despite herself. She stood up, then hooked her arms around his neck, leaning against him slightly. "I love you.."

Kulukath stared at her, wondering if she was just tired or if she was simply in an arguable mood. “Are you all right?” Kulukath asked quietly, wrapping his arms around her waist gently when she leaned against him, telling him she loved him. He loved her, too, and he would’ve responded with that, but he was worried about her well-being at the moment. She wasn’t acting like she usually did.

Castien heard Kulukath speak, his tone filled with worry. She raised her chin a bit, and looked up at his face, permitting a small smile, and nodding. "Yes, yes. I'm alright." She said, her voice soft and timid, and she kissed his jaw tenderly. "I'm just thinking, you know?" Thinking of what was to come, thinking of Kulukath, thinking of the demons, thinking... about everything.

Kulukath hugged her close to him, still concerned about her. “Are you sure?” he frowned when she commented that she was ‘thinking.’ It made him wonder what, exactly, she was thinking about. Feeling like he had the right to know the answer to this, Kulukath asked softly, his tone saying he didn’t mean to pry, “What are you thinking about, love?”

Castien laced her fingers together, settling them behind his head and leaning back a bit, her head cocked slightly to one side. "Really, I'm fine." She gave him a smile, and then leaned in close to him, resting her head on his chest. It seemed like a serious moment, and Castien got a split second thought, that she decided to act on. Stepping back, she pushed Kulukath back into the water, then doubled over with laughter.

Kulukath stared at her for a moment, letting out a sigh that sounded oddly like “women.” He was about to tickle her when Castien let go of him and shoved him into the water. He submerged completely, and, deciding to get her a scare of his own, Kulukath stayed at the bottom for awhile before floating up, back up, head still underwater, not moving, and letting himself float limply in the water. He knew it’d probably give her a heart-attack, but being a guy, he thought it’d be hilarious. Though, deep inside, he did feel a bit bad about it.

Still chuckling, Castien fell onto the ground and held her stomach, her lips parted, humor sparkling in her eyes. She started to loose the whole concept though, as she watched Kulukath sink to the bottom, staying there for a few moments, before floating back up, his face submerged in the water. Castien rose to her feet, her eyes starting to get scared, and jumped into the water, the waves making Kulukath's body slightly move. She grasped his arm in her fingers, and hauled him with a grunt of effort onto the bank, before slapping him hard across the cheek. "WAKE UP KULUKATH!"

Kulukath remained perfectly still as Castien struggled to get him to the bank. In his mind, he was rather enjoying all this. Yet again, owing to the fact that he was a male, and men had twisted senses of humor. He felt her hand come crashing down on his cheek, but he didn’t flinch, and instead, in a split-second move, he flipped Castien over so he was hovering over her. “Gotcha,” he chuckled, kissing her gently.
