Kulukath swam underneath the waterfall and resurfaced on the other side, not even bothering to dry himself off. He broke off a piece of the crystal and gathering the juice onto leaves he’d gathered. He placed them on the floor and began heating them with his magic, forming them into venison.

[Spritz]

Castien pushed herself up and onto the cool cave floor, slumping slightly as she saw Kulukath bending down over a few of the crystals. "What's wrong Kulukath?" It wasn't necicarilly a question, as she knew that something was bugging him and she was going to make him tell her, or... Just see if she could help. "I'm sorry if I did anything," She started, letting her feet swish in the water, her back turned to him.

Kulukath flinched at her question. Shaking his head softly, he commented, “It just made me think.” He whispered. “You made me think, Castien, that there’s no point falling in love. Everybody I’ve ever loved has been torn out of my life. And it wasn’t the kind of torn out that can be ever replaced. They’re dead, Castien.” Kulukath looked up at her. “I don’t want to get too attached to you,” he said bluntly, “So if I ever do lose you, I’ll never have to go through the heartache I’ve already been through.”

[Spritz]

As Kulukath answered, Castien winced slightly, letting her head fall into her hands. It was too late for her, she had already fallen for him. That made her wonder if he really felt the same way. She was sure he did, but... Straightening and pulling her legs out of the water, she turned to him, her eyes soft. "It's a risk we all have to take Kulukath. I'm risking it right now. I've been risking it all my life, for the people I do love.." She cleared her throat as she noted that there wasn't very much. Resting her hand on his shoulder, she looked sincerly into his eyes. "And you're one of those people."

Kulukath stared up at her. “No,” he whispered, staring into her eyes. “Just no.” He shook his head softly. “I… I can’t take chances, Castien.” He frowned and stared at the venison that he’d been making. “But you make that so damn hard.” Kulukath brought her closer to him and pressed his lips against hers.

[Spritz]

"Listen here," Castien placed her hands on his bare shoulders and pulled him to face her. Her eyes were serious and held a hint of worry, and she gently smoothed his hair from his eyes, giving him a light smile. "Nothing is going to happen to me. I'm going to stay here," She moved in closer to him,"With you. Kulukath, I love you." She leaned up just as he leaned down, their lips meeting. She wrapped her arms tightly around his neck, pressing into the kiss, and closed her eyes.

Kulukath had been taken by surprise, when she’d told him that she loved him, and he nearly pulled away in shock, but he couldn’t anymore. It was like he was glued to her, his heart thumping in his chest as he gently put his hands on the base of her neck, angling his face a bit so he could easily slip his tongue into her mouth.

[Spritz]

Castien was relieved as Kulukath hadn't pulled away, and her arms grew tighter around him, and a slight shiver danced its way down her spine as she felt his hands slide up to her neck, tilting his head slightly. Her lips were parted, and she felt his tounge slip into her mouth, and savored the unique taste. She tilted her own head, her eyes closed, a smile on her lips.

Kulukath let his hands trail down to her hips, pulling their bodies close so they mended perfectly against each other’s unique shape. He was in pure bliss. He didn’t want to fall deeper for Castien, but at the rate he was going, he knew it’d be impossible. If he couldn’t avoid it, why try? He had a feeling that’d only hurt both of them even more. But after a few more minutes of this heaven, Kulukath pulled back, lips inches from hers, and said, “We should eat.”

[Spritz]

Castien smiled as they parted, and raised an eyebrow, looking at him intently. "Are you alright now?" She asked softly. She wasn't going anywhere, any time soon, and she also didn't know why he had thought she was going to die or something. Pursing her lips, she gave him a weak smile and nodded, feeling his breath on her lips, and had to keep herself back from kissing him once again.

“I think I’m better,” Kulukath said, pulling himself away completely from her and pushing a leaf filled with perfectly roasted venison. He took some of his own, settling himself in front of her so he could look at her. He took a piece of venison and ate it, chewing and swallowing, “Perhaps a bit chewy,” he commented, “but good, nonetheless.”

[Spritz]

Castien nodded, relieved. Taking a deep breath, she watched as Kulukath pushed venison towards her, and gave him a kind smile. Sitting down near him, in the saftey of the cave, she lowered herself to the ground and took the food in her fingers, giving him a grateful smile before starting to eat.

Kulukath was happy with Castien, he realized suddenly. He felt wanted and not cursed for the demon he was. For the outcast, mixed blood, he was in his heart. Kulukath let out a happy sigh. He didn’t know what they were going to do after they ate their meals, but he probably could guess it existed of cuddling up on the small bed beside each other, simply enjoying each other’s company. It could possibly be something more, but he couldn’t be sure. All he wanted to be was with Castien.

[Spritz]

"I haven't eaten in a long, long time." Castien said, enjoying the meat. It actually wasn't half bad, considering it was made out of the crystals that had tasted so discusting. She finished the food, before glancing around the gave, pulling her knee's up to her chest and simply looking at Kulukath. She gave him a slow smile, just happy to be there, with him, alone.

Kulukath finished his meal shortly after Castien did, and he smiled gently. Without being able to restrain himself, Kulukath picked her up and carried her bridal style over to the bed, where he laid down beside her, holding him closely to her. “Thank you,” he muttered softly.

[Spritz]

Castien glanced up as Kulukath stood, striding towards her, before scooping her up in his arms. She was slightly suprised, but didn't make a move to stop him, and smiled as he laid her down on the soft bed, lying down beside her. As he spoke, she turned around so she was facing him, their chest's almost pressed together, lips inches from eachother. Her brown eyes were widened slightly, and she shook her head, a puzzled expression on her features, before taking a hand and placing it gently on the side of Kulukath's neck. "Why?"

Kulukath watched her, seeing the confusion in her eyes. “For teaching me that it’s okay to love,” he whispered, gently pulling her in closer to him, his lips brushing against hers in a teasing way, “I really appreciate it.” He whispered before pressing his lips gently against hers.

[Spritz]

Kulukath's words made her smile, a gentle, caring smile that she only used when she was extremley happy and content, exept that now, she was starting to use it alot more. "It's always alright to love, Kulukath." She said gently, stroking his hair slightly, and smiling as he leaned in, practically teasing her by only letting his lips brush against hers. She leaned forward at the same time he did, and their lips met, Castien unafraid to slip her tounge pass his lips.

“I guess you’re right,” Kulukath muttered huskily. Once she slipped her tongue into his mouth, he slipped his tongue into his mouth. Kulukath slipped his arms around her waist, fingers drumming lightly on the small of her back. He moved slightly so he was hovering over her, some of his unkempt bleach-golden hair falling over his eyes.

[Spritz]

(*Plot Huddle* So Castien's village comes after her?)

Castien shivered slightly as he also slipped his tounge into her mouth, her's brushing over his. She smoothly slid her arms around his waist, his touch making her arch her back slightly, her eyes blissfully closed. The soft lap of water was the only sound that she could hear, exept for the breathing of the pair next to eachother. She leaned into the kiss, running her tounge over his bottom lip.

Kulukath kissed her back, before pulling back, “Castien, we’re not going farther yet, are we?” He whispered, concern in his eyes. He didn’t know what to do, but the passion for her, after their discussion, was only growing, and he found it hard to keep his lips off of hers.

[Spritz]

Castien, with a bit of diffuculty, pulled away from him as he did to her. She glanced up at his face, his eyes portraying that he was slightly confused and concerned, and she pursed her lips as he spoke. She really didn't know, but she felt the need to have him by her, have his arms around her, feeling safe with him. Still, that was only emotions, and she narrowed her eyes slightly, tilting her head to the side. "I'm not afraid anymore Kulukath..." She felt the need to point out that Shadowhaph was dead, and now the fear of running away from him was no longer in her heart.

Kulukath smiled at her gently and kissed the base of her neck, “All right, then,” he muttered quietly, before moving his lips back over hers, his tongue slipping back into her mouth, enjoying her savory taste, one of his hands placed on the base of her neck, the other on her hip.

[ lol I want Kulukath to be a dad so bad xD he’d be like even more protective than he is now. O3o if that’s even possible. XD ]
