"Thanks," Kulukath was very into his job, and he held her wrist gently with his left hand, his right hand holding the cone-shaped shell. His left thumb washed over her veins for a moment, wondering where exactly would be the best place. Finally deciding on the junction right at the base of her palm, and made a rather deep cut. Immediately afterwards, though, he dunked her hand under the bloody water. "Keep it there and try not to move your fingers or hand. And don't clench your fists either."

The pain that the cut created made Castien wince in pain, and bite her lip as Kulukath plunged it under the water. She dried to do as he had said, but her fingers were taught and she longed to clamp her other hand over her bleeding, open wrist. Her blood flowed into the water, the thick red liquid spreading out in a cloud around her wrist. She continued to bite her lip, concentrating on the new pain, before glancing up at Kulukath's face.

Kulukath noticed she was in severe pain, and he frowned, sincerely apologetic. "I'm sorry, but this is necessary. In a moment or two, it'll kick in. All the blood you are losing now will be replaced by Sacred Blood Falls' blood, and it'll sew up your wound on its own accord." Kulukath tried to give her an encouraging smile, tossing the shell backwards and into the water, patting her bare shoulder a bit awkwardly.

"Yeah.." Castien mumbled softly, looking away and finally, finally starting to feel the pain lessen a bit. She was rather hoping it would leave a scar, and perked up imedietly. Scar's were always good. Within a few seconds, the blood was gone, and her wound was mended, and she gazed at it from over the water, frowning as Kulukath patted her shoulder, trying to comfort her or something, but finding it rather odd.
"It's done."

(I g2g in a few, I think. Moms pissed at me for being on the computer for some reason... I'll be back tonight I hope)

Kulukath withdrew from her immediately and nodded. "All right then! Well, now that it's over... I'll get out of here and leave you to dry off or something, then get dressed. I'll be in the War Circle when you are ready for me. Err, I mean, ready to train again. Or go hunting. Or whatever." Kulukath ran a hand through his hair before turning into a water snake and slithering very quickly out of the water, onto the land, and out of sight.

[ aww, poo .. i won't be on tonight past 8. I have an essay to finish. ^^ ]

Castien gave a small nod, before watching him leave. As soon as he was out of sight, she quickly waded out of the water, grasping the leather dress in her hand, but noting that it was significantly wet and heavy. She leaned down and twisted it slightly, trying to ring the water out of it, but leather didn't dry easilly. Sighing in protest, she sat down on the bank and swished her feet in the water, letting it sit out in the sun for a few minutes.

Kulukath, once he reached the War Circle, stepped on his symbol, turning into his humanoid form. Phsyke emerged from the flames and curled around Kulukath's arm in an affectionate manner. Smiling, Kulukath pet his head. "Time to train for a little while, bud. We're alone for the next twenty minutes, I'd hazard to guess, so let's train." Phsyke hissed in pleasure before swooping up, listening to Kulukath in his mind telling him to do complicated maneuvers and his own special attacks, throwing them at nearby trees or plants.

Thankful that the dress had now dried enough for her to put it on, Castien stood, quickly sliding it over her arms and head. It stuck to her body, and she pulled it away, shaking her head and wishing for the life of her she had her own old clothes back, they were so much less tempermental. Her bare feet pressed down onto the dirt as she made her way towards the war circle, and she let out a muffled cry as something was thrown her way, the directed energy shooting over her head as she ducked. The culprit was Kulukath's snake and she glared at it with her dark brown eyes. Her wrist sported a long pink scar, and she held it cheerfully up for Kulukath to see.

Kulukath grumbled angrily. She'd inturrupted his training. "Phsyke, return!" Phsyke flew over, into the fire, then disappeared. Kulukath stepped out and glared at her, confused. She seemed very excited about a very simply scar. Kulukath unconsciencely rubbed his wrist, where the scar was naught but a tiny line, but it was still there. "Oh, my, you're such a warrior princess, aren't you? Look at that scar." Kulukath teased.

Castien shook her head, rolling her eyes simply. "Sorry for the inturuption, but you wanted me to come... And yes, Scar's make you seem quite menacing, dont you think? My god, if I had one right here," She slid a finger across her eye and down her cheek. "I would be positivley frightening!" She teased him slightly,before lowering her wrist and shaking her head.

Kulukath chuckled. "Yeah, okay." He rolled his eyes and walked over to her. He smiled at her gently, marveling in her thoughts of what made you look frightening or not. "Which means i'm not very frightening, huh?" Kulukath laughed deeply before walking completely over to her, stopping in front of her. "So, what do you want to do now? Train? Battle? Hunt?"

"Mm mm." Castien shook her head, but then paused, holding a finger in the air. "Nevermind, I take that back. You're frightening when you're angry.." Trailing off, she cocked her head to one side, thinking slightly, her damp hair lightly falling around her face. "Or when you're like.... A snake or something." Nodding her head in aproval of what she had said, she turned to him and looked him full in the face. "But right now, you're not. No battles. That's an automatic win for you. Train, maybe, hunt, sure."

Kulukath chuckled, running a hand through his hair, the other hand on his hip. "Eh, hunting sounds good. But I bet you almost anything that I can beat you at that, too." Kulukath grinned and morphed into his snow leopard form, camoflauging his wing and pinning it tightly to his body. He nudged her leg with his head, giving her enough energy this time to make sure if she transformed into a leopard, she'd be able to transform back into a human with her clothes in tact.

Castien heaved a silent sigh. Everything, everything was a match between them. Not that she minded, but.... She was afraid he would always win. She looked down as she realized he had already changed into a snow leopard, and bumping his head against her toned calf, she soon did the same. "What happened to the good old team work?" She asked, sounding mischevious and haughty, and she swished her tail behind her, making it run over his back slightly, before breaking into a quick walk.

Kulukath growled at her when he felt her tail against his back, grabbing her ear in his mouth playfully before stalking off. "Teamwork?" Kulukath glanced at her mischeviously, "I've never heard of it." He laughed, which in leopard form, came out more of a growl mixed with a roar. Shaking his shaggy fur, Kulukath made his way deeper into the forest. "All right, I can try and do teamwork."

Castien gave a light growl as he grabbed her ear, then stalked off, tossing words over his shoulder. She broke into a lope to catch up to him, her large paws landing softly on the ground as she did so. "Teamwork. It isn't hard, really. You find something to eat, I'll help kill it." She said frankly, her words rather mumbled. Now she knew why animals didn't try to talk. Submitting to gestures and communication through body language, she swished her tail happily and plodded on.

Kulukath hissed at her, her feminine aroma a bit more profound when she was in this form. Snorting, rather disgusted, Kulukath sprinted ahead of her, but once he was ahead of her, he didn't stop. He followed the scent of a herd of some deer. Once he reached them, he crouched in the undergrowth, staring at the large buck, deciding that it'd be the best prey. His tail flicked patiently, waiting for Castien to catch up to him.

Wondering why he had taken off so quickly, Castien flicked her tail in annoyance, but didn't pursue him, keeping at her steady, trotting pace. She silently moved over the ground, her long fur bristling slightly in confusion, but soon she made out his form crouching in the grass, and she imedietly hunched down, her shoulderblades moving smoothly as she slithered forward on her stomach, before joining him at his side.

Kulukath growled slightly, and he moved over towards the buck, claws kneeding the earth expectantly. He hissed loudly and, without thinking about it, propelled himself out of the brush. The deer scattered, but Kulukath already had his claws dug deeply into the buck's hindquarters, clawing his way up until he rested on the buck's back, riding him much like a bronco. His teeth were clamped harshly down on the buck's shoulder blades, and the cracking of bone was loud throughout the forest.

Castien sighed. So much for teamwork. Figuring he would call her if he needed help, she swished her tail lazily, and quickly moved away from the bucking deer, trotting away from them a little bit.

Kulukath growled loudly as he moved his way up to the buck's neck, grabbing it in his mouth, ignoring the fact he was being thrown around. He unfurled his wing, putting weight on the buck so much that it fell over. Trying to scramble back up was difficult for the buck once Kulukath had grabbed its muzzle in his mouth, easily suffocating the deer within moments and dragging it by its leg over to Castien. "Eh, teamwork is shit." Kulukath teased.

Castien flopped down upon the ground, on her side, her tail flicking from side to side slightly as her bright yellow eyes glanced around her. A slight muffled sound made her sigh as she knew that Kulukath had just killed the buck, and she got to her feet, shaking herself off as he dragged it towards her. Shaking her head, she looked away.
"Right, teamwork is shit."

Kulukath hissed slightly at her, noting the tone in her voice. "I'm not hungry." he shoved the carcass towards her. "You can eat it." Kulukath stalked off to go find something smaller to hunt. He'd obviously said something wrong, but whatever it was, he wasn't about to apologize for it. Hissing, he broke into a canter, leaving Castien far behind. His stomach growled loudly, but he wasn't about to tell her that he was hungry. She could have the whole fucking buck if she wanted it.

Sighing heavilly, Castien took off after him, trying to catch up. "Kulukath, wait!" She stammered, before pushing forward and leaping into the air, tackling the leopard and pinning him to the ground, placing a heavy paw on his chest. "I was agreeing with you." She said quietly, before she lifted up her paw and turned, flicking her tail slightly.
