"So much like your father" she said and peered inside stopping slightly and one of the male elders looked to him " her? a girl, how disgraceful what are you going to do Roshan we have no room in the tribe for useless females" he said "she must be killed" said another. the female elder stopped them "it is his choice" she said. I gripped Saki tightly scared at what I had heard and tried to hide her from veiw with my tail between my legs "I'm sorry btu it's against my tribes rules to kill a child on it's gender it's just wrong and your not thinking" I said my ears going down as one of them yelled for me to be quiet and waited for Roshan to answer.

"Touch my daughter and I'll kill all of you, now get out or there will be blood shed." I said growling as I grew in size angry that they'd come in my home and insult my daughter and family and I wouldn't take it. I pushed them all out and shut the door locking it

They growled back at him and snorted before they left "Atleast come back to the tribe we can ensure your protection there" they snapped jsut joking around a little now. I winced a little hugging her tightly still as she suckledknowing that they wouldn't give up.. I'd seen many other in my stay with his tribe go through this sort of things before but gave up in the end. I looked to him "Roshan.." I whimpered

I nodded and helped him a little being careful and keeping her to me as she slept soundly. Once we were already I followed him back still tired from earlier but kept going knowing we had to get there as soon as possible.

Grandma and a few others were there to greet us having sensed us coming and quickly made sure we were alright. "Come come... we set up your old shelter for when you had a child after you left Catori...Go and rest dear your exhusted. Roshan thank you for not handing my grnadaughter and great, grandaughter to them..." she said to him with a smile getting us all to our new shelter and few other helped as I still clutched the baby.

"even little Saki..." she said smiling and left them to it. I turned and hugged him with my free arm kissing him gently before i looked to Saki smiling my tail flicking happily.

I smiled and nodded a little "I'm going to bed , I'm exhusted" I said softly to him and kissed himm goodnight before i went to get ready for bed. I kept Saki with me curling around her protectively
