I laughed,"You already have a girl." I said trotting into my den and putting a shield up so nothing could enter without my permission

I whinned slightly and headed back lying down completely torn between the two...

I didn't sleep that night to scared something would come for me. I heard something and grabbed my pup by her scruff and ran out of the cave, sprinting. I stopped quickly when I was surrounded by the pack that tracked me down, I put my pup down and stood over her and snarled, I wouldn't let them near Jen not ever. I kept her close under me even when she protested

I took a deep breath and sorted everything out in my head firguring out where my heart lied before i went back to her and lay down a little ways off

I was torn off my pup by my back legs. I ripped at the wolf several times left for dead as they took the only thing I lived for my pup. I got up refusing to give up. I ran with my nose down following the scent of my pup knowing I had to get her back, I ran and didn't stop till I was outside of their den

I followed and when she stopped I nudged her softly "let me.. your hurt" I said softly

I growled and sneaked in. After a while I came tearing out of the bushes with my tail between my legs with my pup dangling from my jaws. I knew it was bad luck staying too long in this forest. I soon stopped in a different part of the forest only to stop and rest for a little while, to clean my wounds and clean my pup

I followed and laid down infront of the cave she was in keeping guard

"I know your there, why are you following me?" I asked

"Because, I love you... my current mate only thinks of me as a replacement for my twin brother" I said whining

I trotted out wanting to comfort him,"But you hardly know me, how can you love me?" I asked curious some

"love at first site" I said softly feeling like a fool and attempted to nuzzle her

I licked the top of his head treating him like a big pup and placing my paw on top of his head as I looked around perking my ears

I chuckled as she treated me like a big pup and nuzzled her softly

I nudged him into the cave and curled up around Jen's small body

I smiled and laid beside them both grooming them gently

I licked him and fell asleep

I smiled and kept watch over them content and happy my tail wagged slightly

I saw her smiled nad aly my head beside hers still alert and keeping watch for them

I didn't trust easily and it was going to be hard for him to earn my trust. I curled more into my pup

I smiled understanding and remained gentle towards them both and lifted my head up lsitening aorund for danger again

I soon trotted out of the den and went hunting for us
