"Go Gilraen, GO!" I shouted, the mare running off. I knew she was smart, and would get Gilraen and the boys out safetly. The stallion reared, turning to face the creature. I spotted a lone figure on his back. My brother.

Gilraen forced the mare to stop. "Caldrion! He'll kill you!" Gilraen stayed put until the mare moved forward on her own. She nearly shouted at the mare, but instead instructed the mare to hide in the trees not far from Caldrion, so she'd be there to intervene if anything bad was about to happen....

[Spritz]

Voromere dropped onto the ground, long blonde hair flying around his face. He looked significantly like me, just more... Feminine. I glared at him, and if looks could kill, he would have been dead. "Leave us in peace, brother!"

[Guest]

Gilraen hopped off the mare and wihspered to her silently to stay put, laying the sleeping boys in their sack on the ground by the mare's feet, hidden in the bushes, undetected. With that, she crept silently and unheard, and unseen, over to the area of confrontation, as she hid herself in the bushes.

[Spritz]

He snarled, sounding much like a dog. A dog? I shook my head, slipping off of the stallions back and striding quickly over to him, my hand wrapping around his neck. He made a slight choking sound, and I shoved him against the trunk of a large tree. "Really? This easy?" I drew back my fist and punched him hard in the face, grimacing when I saw blood pour out of his nose.

Gilraen closed her eyes when Caldrion started being a bit violent with his brother. Even though Voromere was an awful bastard, she didn't want to see anybody die. She was starting to regret coming over there, and she turned to leave. Only a few feet away from them, she stepped on a large stick and it snapped, and she froze in place, staring back at the two, hoping they wouldn't see her or come after her.

[Spritz]

I let out an exasperated breath, seeing Gilraen in midstride. Though hurt and bloody, Voromeres eyes lit up. "You BASTARD!" I shouted out the word. Voromere pushed me away, tackling me and shoving my roughly to the ground, eyes still flitting back to Gilraen. "She's gonna be mine, you know that!?" He hissed in my ear I rolled over, eyes full of fury, and soon we were in a headlong fight.

Again, the violence commensed, and Gilraen stomped her foot, righting herself. She stared at them and finally ran over to them. She was more concerned about Caldrion getting hurt as she ran over there and hit Voromere on the shoulder with surprising force. "Get off of him!" Gilraen shouted at Voromere, trying her hardest to pull the two apart.

[Spritz]

Voromere was dragged backwards, and I took the advantage to hit him squarly in the stomach. "Come, Gilraen." I said, unusually calm for a bloody nose and gashes about my face, clothing ripped as was Voromeres.

Gilraen's kind, motherly heart couldn't help but pity Voromere in his weakened state, but she turned to look at Caldrion's wounds. She stopped for a minute and wiped some blood off of his cheek. "We can't go far," she murmured. "I need to get you cleaned up." She took his hand and walked briskly back towards the mare and her babies that were hidden behind the trees.

[Spritz]

I suddenly heard metal behind me, and turned to face the standing Voromrere, long two edged sword shining in the sunlight. He had a deadly smirk on his face. "Really Voromere." I chided softly, blood dripping into my mouth.

[Guest]

Gilraen turned her head to see the double-edged blade and she tugged on Caldrion's arm before whimpering, "Please don't fight him. You might get hurt... I can't let that happen! You're a father! I can't raise two boys by myself!" Gilraen's eyes flicked nervously back towards Voromere, a dreadful sinking feeling coming upon her.

[Spritz]

I pursed my lips, nodding. "Voromere, I refuse to fight." I said firmly. He smirked. I shook my head. "No, Voromere." I turned by back, only to hear the sharp sound of metal, the sword stuck in a tree only inches above my head.

[Guest]

Gilraen smiled at him weakly. When she saw the sword in the wood above Caldrion's head, anger boiled inside her. She rushed over to Voromere and kneed him in the crotch, "Watch it, bastard," Gilraen snarled in his face.

[Spritz]

I pulled the sword out of the tree, my eyes hard and menacing, now filled with anger and hatred. Now defensless, Voromere looked alot less ready to fight, as his dragon had already retreated and had flown away. Good entrance, yes. Protection, no. He balled up his fists, a slight pouty look on his face. I laughed outloud when Gilraen kneed him in the crotch, seeing his face turn white as she approached. "Babe, dont you ever do that to me!" I chuckled.

[Guest]

Gilraen chuckled at Caldrion's words, and she turned, walking back over to him. She wondered if she was going to kill Voromere. If he was, she didn't want to be around to see it. "I'm going to go and get the boys..." Gilraen said softly, kissing his cheek. "Whatever you do... please, be safe." Gilraen jogged back off to the boy's, one of which had already started crying, sensing that he was alone with the mare, who had stayed obediently in place.

[Spritz]

(You're backk!!!!!!!!!!!)

Caladrin smiled, and flipped the sword in my hand, nodding to Voromere, and turning to follow Gilraen. He couldn't kill Voromere, he was his brother, his own flesh and blood.

Gilraen stepped behind the bushes and put the boys back in their pack, hushing them gently before swinging the pack lightly onto her back. "Let's go," Gilraen said. She still felt awful that Voromere wasn't dead, and he probably wouldn't stop at anything, now that they had escaped his clutches twice. She swung herself up onto the mare and frowned gently.

[Spritz]

(Are you back to stay?)

I leaped onto the stallions back, and nodded. "I'm sorry Gilraen. I cant kill him, no matter how much I hate him. He's my brother!" I say, shaking my head and dropping my gaze to the stallions gleaming hide benieth me.

[Guest]

Gilraen sighed, "It's all right. It's fine..." Gilraen spurred the mare gently with her bare heels and the mare took off into a wonderfully smooth gallop, and she just trusted that the mare was going in the direction that Caldrion wanted. She didn't pay much attention to it, though. She was more concerned on getting away from Voromere. For the second time.

[Spritz]

I turned, looking into the woods where I had left Voromere. What if I had made the wrong decision, and had left him there, only for him to come and hurt my family? I sighed, not knowing what to do. The stallion leaped forward, and I galloped side by side with Gilraen. "Go. The mare knows where to go. I will meet you there." I spun around, back to where we had just came from. Where Voromere still waited.

Gilraen noticed him turn around, and Gilraen forced the mare to come about. "Caldrion! No! Don't go back! I understand if you can't kill him! But what if he hurts you! Please don't!" Gilraen spurred the mare forward, only about a tail's length away from Caldrion's stallion. She didn't want her lover getting hrut. She'd do anything to keep him safe, even if it meant giving herself up to his brother to ensure his safety. But this wasn't that instance, and she could--hopefully--pursuade him to not go back.

[Spritz]

"No! I have to do this! I'll be fine, I promise!" My eyes were desperate. "Trust me!" I pleaded. I knew maybe those words wouldn't be exactly true, but there was no way I could live with Voromeres threat still living.

Gilraen shook her head. "He'll hurt you, Caldrion! I just know it! What'd I do--what'd the boys do--if you got hurt!?" Gilraen's eyes flared anger for a moment before she simply shook her head and yanked the mare around, pushing her into a hard gallop, near silently whispering in her ear to go back to the place where she'd first met Caldrion---her own home.

My eyes filled with hurt as she galloped away, long blonde hair flying outwards in the wind. I shook my head. They would all be in danger if Voromere was alive. The stallion snorted, nuzzling my foot. I slipped off his back, turning to the task at hand.
