I didn't bother answering, knowing it was usless against her. She surprised me by rolling her tounge against my lip, and I returned the favor, my tounge running over hers, and into her mouth.

Gilraen smiled when she felt his tongue in her mouth. Gilraen smiled and wrapped her arms around his waist, taking her lips away from his. "How did I get so lucky to find you?" she asked.

[Spritz]

"You were the lucky find." I kissed her ear, biting it a little, though our night was winding down.

Gilraen smiled. "I guess I was," she jested. She stared at him for a moment before closing her eyes and snuggling against his chest. She was contented to be beside him for the night.

I pull the covers up and over our shoulders, keeping an arm around her waist tightly, not wanting to let go. My face was buried in her hair, smelling her sweet smell that only she had.

Gilraen finally made the decision that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him. Through thick and thin, no matter what. Without turning her head to look at him, she whispered, "Caldrion, are we ever going to get married?"

[Spritz]

I hugged her close to me. "We'll find a way, no matter what." I was a bit frightened about what the elders would say, considering our family without marrage.

Gilraen nodded gently, slightly knowing he was considering the elders. They wouldn't be pleased. In fact, they may decline their marriage. But Caldrion was right: they'd find a way to make it work. No matter what.

[Spritz]

The stars twinkled brightly overhead, and the moon shone bright, casting silver light over the forest around us. I eventually drifted off to sleep, holding Gilraen close to me.

When Gilraen realized that Caldrion had fallen asleep, she closed her eyes, a smile across her lips, their bare bodies sharing warmth, and drifted off into a deep sleep. With dreams, that one day, they could be married and be shameless about their past.

The birds singing woke me in the early morning, and I slipped out of bed, pulling on my pants. I covered Gilraen with the blanket, and kissed her lightly on the forhead, heading out with my bow in search of breakfast.

Gilraen groaned when she rolled over in bed, just in time to see Caldrion leaving. She smiled gently and recalled the events from the night before. She yawned and scowered the room for her clothes before finding them hidden under the bed and slipping them on, not buttoning her shirt up all the way so she could breast feed the boys, which she went about to doing right after she got out of bed.

I crouched in the bushes, bow drawn. A large grouse sat in the clearing not moving. It was a perfect shot, and I aimed and released, the arrow going straight throught the bird, and killing it instantly. I waited untill it stopped flopping, then picked it up my its feet, heading back to the small house.

Gilraen had just finished breast-feeding the boys and was changing diapers and organizing the house before she looked up to the skies, and wondered if they were going to work on getting a roof over their heads tonight. She shrugged and laid the boys in a playpen, conjuring up some wooden toys for them to play with

I set the bird down on a stump outside the house, then wash my hands in the stream, going inside and wrapping my hands around Gilraens waist. "Hello, beautiful."

Gilraen smiled, but was slightly taken by surprise, when she felt Caldrion's arms around her waist. She leaned her head back against his shoulder and said, "Good morning, handsome." She kissed just under his cheekbone gently.

[Spritz]

My lips found hers, and I kissed them tenderly, before pulling away. "Grouse for breakfast." It tasted just like chicken, but was much bigger and meatier.

Gilraen smiled through the simplicity of the kiss, which didn't bother her. Sometimes it was nice to have a simple, old-fashioned peck-on-the-lips. She nodded when he said what was for breakfast and said, "I guess we'll need to feather and cook it. Would you mind feathering it? I'll get a fire giong..." Gilraen kissed him on the cheek on last time before pulling away to get breakfast ready.

[Spritz]

I nod, and sit on the stump outside, plucking the feathers out of the dead bird. I finish the job quickly, gutting it out and rinising it in the stream. Now it just looked like on huge meaty chicken. I bring the bird back inside, seeing Gilraen making the fire.

Gilraen smiled at their diligence in work. She began to start the fire, and by the time Caldrion came in with their breakfast, she had just got the fire kindled, and it was slowly growing. "Here, put it on this stick.." she'd made sure she'd cleaned the stick so it could roast over the fire and she could turn it with the stick.

[Spritz]

I skewerd the grouse onto the sharp pointed stick, then set it over the fire. It crackled as the water met the flame, and I stepped back. "Good work."

[Guest]

Gilraen smiled and moved over beside him saying, "You too, my mighty hunter," Gilraen chuckled and kissed his jaw gently before snuggling close to him, turning the grouse over once and letting it simmer.

I smiled hearing the grouse crackle. "You might have to take our sons out today, I have to get a roof over out heads." I stated, wrapping my arms around her waist and kissing her hair.

Gilraen moved the grouse again before relaxing into his embrace. She smiled when he said "our sons." It made her happy inside to know he was -- at least, on the way to -- accepting Valandril. She smiled and rested her neck back on his shoulder, looking up at him. "You're amazing," she whispered.

[Spritz]

"No, you are." My blue eyes twinkled merrily, and I leaned down to kiss her, my lips finding her soft ones.
