Scorpion-
I attempt to look at her, but my armor prevents the movement. "That we should" I said, my tone smiling.

[Artemis Sinfeather]

I smiled brightly as I laid my head down beside my hooves, eyelids slowly fell on my tiring amethyst amd gold eyes," Goodnight, Scorpion." I said quietly as I drifted in and out of unconsciousness.

[Saviour]

Scorpion-

I smiled and layed my head down as well "Good night, Viper" I used her nickname, it seemed reasonable right now.

[Artemis Sinfeather]

I flicked my ears and smiled at the mention of my nickname before sleep snatched my consciousness away.

[Time skip till morning?]

[Saviour]

[yup]


Scorpion-
I wake up in the morning, early, before the sun had risen. I slid out from under her, careful not to wake her up. I then trot down to the oasis I knew of here. There were ferns and palms and crystal clear water. I leaned around and undid the latch to my armor. It slid off, causing a series of clangs and chinks as it collided with the Earth. Stepping forward, I look at myself in the water. I sigh, my palomino coat was grey with a series of scars-large and small. Shaking my coat to normal, I step into the ice- cold water. It would've been plenty hot, but the night here in this desert was incredibly cold. I sighed and wade up to my shoulders, the cold soothing my scars and the pinched skin from my armor.

I woke without the slight warmth Scorpion gave out beneath his armor, I shook my mane of the cool sand and looked around, there were hoof tracks but I decided against following them, I nibbled on the dry patch of tall grass in front of me before humming softly and standing, my long, silky black and white tail brushing the sand.

[Saviour]

Scorpion-
I lower my maw to the water and drink in large, slow gulps. Then I get out of the water and roll in the dirt to sooth my skin. I whinny, tellling Viper that she should come and that there is water. After whinnying I quickly strap into my armor.

[Artemis Sinfeather]

I flicked my ear once, hearing Scorpion's whinny but I wanted to finush my patch of desert grass, so I stayed and continued nibbling on the dry stalks of yellow-ish green brush.

[Saviour]

Scorpion-

I rested my eyes and grazed on the sweet grass growing by the water.

[Artemis Sinfeather]

I laid in the shade as I felt the sun rising and temperature following the sun, my black and white shimmered as I shook it free of sand.

[Saviour]

Scorpion-
I call for her again, wondering why she hadn't come before. The journey at mid-day wouldn't be comfortable.

[Artemis Sinfeather]

I flicked my ears again as I heard him call me again, I stood quickly and trotted slowly to him, enjoying a damp heat of the morning, I was humming along the way and I didnt truly notice the oasis when I went up to Scorpion with two flowers in her mouth, she wasn't chewing them, just holding them.

[Saviour]

Scorpion-
"My mother and I used to come to this Oasis all the time" I said, motioning to the water. I noticed the flowers in her mouth, but I didn't say anything.

[Artemis Sinfeather]

I looked past him to the water and oasis," It's an amazing Oasis, Scorpion." I admiringly as I looked between him and the pool of water.

[Saviour]

Scorpion-
I nodded "I thought you might want to wash off and take a few drinks, I already did" I told her.

[Artemis Sinfeather]

I smiled," That's quite thoughtful of you, thank you." I smiled delicately and quickly waded into the slightly heating up water, it was refreshing as it washed off my skin, free of clingy sweat and sand, I took a couple of large of the refreshing liquid before submerging and cleaning my mane.

[Saviour]

Scorpion-
I turned the other way to give her her privacy. Grazing, I listen closely to make sure there weren't any predators around.

[Artemis Sinfeather]

I raised my dripping maw from the water, looking around before wading out and walking over to Scorpion with my silky smooth mane and tail dripping water.

[Saviour]

Scorpion-
I glance over at her and then raise my head. "I think I will soak one more time, my armor is really bugging me" I said and stepped closer toward the water, then unstrap my armor. After the armor fell to the ground I sighed in relief, my palomino coat already dirty from the armor. I snort and grab the metal and pull it into the water to rinse it off.

[Artemis Sinfeather]

I looked away from him and glanced at the sun, my mane already drying in waves as a breeze appeared, I hummed softly as it dried me with heat and the speed of the breeze.

[Saviour]

Scorpion~
I let my armor rinse while I clean my coat. I then step out and leave my armor in, grazing calmly on the sweet grass. "I think it's safe enough to leave my armor off while we are here" I said.

[Artemis Sinfeather]

I nodded with my eyes closed," Why were you in the forest? When we met?" I asked curiously but I didn't turn my gaze from the ground as I nudged a flower upright.

[Saviour]

Scorpion~
I chuckled "I don't mind you seeing me without my armor" I told her, then answered her question "I was looking for Sub-Zero's clan ensigna." I said.

[Artemis Sinfeather]

I still didn't turn around, I was gazing at the sun now," What is the insignia?" I asked in addition to the flicking of my ears.

Scorpion-

"Hard to explain... it's very complicated" I said, munching on some clover.
