i slowly let him flip threw my drawling journal " theres nothign good in ther" i say as i let him look

I looked at her confused "thir really good drawings" i sia dand flicked through the book

" i just draw for fun not seriously" i say as he looks threw mybook

"well it's still good" i said with a smileas i handed her back her notebook

i smile back " thanks" i say as i take my book ack

"welcome, what time is it?"

" uhm i think six o clock why?" i ask

"just wondering... see ya then" i saia and went back to my room

As he leaves I flip to a page he hadn't seen it was a picture of him and cali I was working on I smile as I see it come into view I thought this was my best work so far

i listened to music for a while until i went to sleep...
in the morning i wroked in the mare barn feeding and grooming them all before i started on the stallion barn "hey there Apollo" i said as i walked past his stable to start on the stallion in the stall next to him

Once I wake up I slip on a pair of jeans and a mint green v neck and head to the stallions barn.
Apollo nickers a greeting to tai but as soon as he picks up my scent his ears prick in my direction and wwhinnies very loudly " you silly boy your going to wake the whole farm" I say with a smile as I kiss him on the nose and let myself into his stall to start grooming him

i soon finished and went back to get Cali ready... there was a barrel racing competition coming up in the area so me and Cali were going to enter it..

i feed and groom apollo before i bring him to the big round pen where i leave him them bring out his tack and set it on the fence. as i walk to the center of the pen apollo follows me i smile at him and send him away from me

i tacked up Cali and we were soon outside practicing barrel racing before i jumped off and stood on the middle barrle and clickedCali began weavingin and out at different paces

all i had todo was look at apollo and it was as if he was reading my mind to everything i wanyed him todo/ i couldnt help but smile as he went from walk to trot to canter to a gallop. apollo had long large swift strides for a stallion he was so graceful and it always amazed me when i saw him moved

i clicked three times and Cali went into a gallop and easily weaved in and out of the barrels as if it was nothing and i timed her.." Come on Cali, just a bit faster and then we'll try it wiht me on your back" I said and she reared up and bucked happily

i let apollo continue as he was for a while more before i let him com einto me

I son jumped onto Cali and we tried out luck with timeing and accuracy

" your such a good boy" I say to apollo as I put his bridle on and ride him bear back into our outdoor jumping areana and start jumping him

me and Cali had just finished and i took her inside and untcked her before putting her in the paddock for a while

I let apollo jump the fences to the areana where we kepts our barrels for barrel races " ok apollo show me what you got" I say , without any encouragement apollo takes off for the first barrel, I ley him have his head and do what he wanted because I trusted him. We finished with a time of 37 seconds not bad since I hadn't had him do barrels in a while

i stayed with Cali forawhile as she watched them practice...

As we finish I ride him at a slow walk over to our wash racks to give him a bath

Cali soon began playing around as usual

After I give apollo his bath I turn him out into his pasture then start muching out stalls in the stallion barn and turning then out and refilling their hay nets and water buckets for the night
