I walk into the pub while slowly sliding my glasses to the top of my head. I slide myself behind the bar to do my job. Bartending. I'v been a bartender since I was 18, sure it may have been illegal but who cares. The smell of the alcohol makes me nearly gag. I don't drink.

Ugh... waiting is so boring. I grab a rag and start wiping the bar out of boredom. No one really comes to drink on thursdays. That means less drunks to deal with, but that also means less money. I'v been saving up money so I can get a farm house with a few horses. I may not look like the horse type but I am.

I look out the window to where I see my black chopper sitting. Waiting for me. It's going to have to wait a little longer unfortunatly. I slip into thought. Hmm... I need a boyfriend. Not a drunk though... God I hate drunks.

You see a guy come up and into the bar. He puts on an good impression.She looks like she's board, Maybe this time I can do it... I say to myself. "I'll like a beer, please. How long have you been bartendin'?"*I say with a little southern acent. "You don't look like the alcohol adic. That's strange because many bartenders are. Or are you doing it just for the money?"*I drop down a $20 dollar bill not even knowing what the cost was. She was a cutie.*

I look at the guy through the corner of my eye. "I'v been bartending since I was...uh...young." I say and drop a bottle of beer on the table. "I'm saving up money to get some land." I say with a sigh. I lean against the counter, grabbing the twenty. I put it in the cash register and bring out $17.50. I place it on the table in front of the guy.
"So, watcha' doin' on the island?" I ask with a raised eyebrow.

*I look at her for a second and take the change and put it in my back pocket.*"I just came here after college to work. I haven't been able to find any thing but I might just be a horse train i think because i like them. I bet it's gonna take a long time before you get all your money, huh?"*I take a sip of my beer, then put it down and drank almost half of it. I look at you, not being able to see your eyes, Then i flinch and look surprised then talk*"Are you gona buy a ranch or live in the city or what? I don't really have a job, I'm just a waiter at the resturant downtown. I got 30mins on my break so I came down here to see if it was alive or somin'. It's the perfect place to relax because bars are uselly full and all loud and all messy like that but this one's quiet, i like that. It's really busy their, So loud..... oh crap! i gotta go soon. If my boss catches me drinking he'll fire me but im not really an alciholic or anything. Do you wanna talk again soon? I'm glad tomorrow is my day off. Maybe we can hangout sometime or somin'. here, I give you my phone number."*You see me write on a piece of paper and run out the door with a little smily face like this with the number 876-322-4532*

I giggle. he was talking so fast I couldn't respond. I just take the paper, take out my cell, and add it to my contacts. I text him, Saturday, here, i get off early

*I come in and the bell rings as I walk in the door and sit at the bar.*"Are you there? I'm here"

I come in from the back, "I'll be there in just a 'min." I say and give some middle aged guy his beer. I set the rag I had on the counter and walk from behind it. "Where we goin'?" I ask.

"I'll show you. I'm gonna take you to my fancy resturant. follow me!"*I grab your hand and put you in the car, i put my car in reverse then go. you see a buiding called "Patso Cafea" and I pull in the reserve spot and open the car. I pull you in the resturant and the waiter brings us to a booth. She gives us menus and I talk to you.*"Sorry for the rush, I wanted to get here as soon as posibale. Here's your menu"*I give you a menu with lots off bonuses and says it's 40% off because it's an employee discount and 30% reserve bonus from the resturant*

I raise an eyebrow at him for his rush then look down at my menu. "Hmm... Most of this stuff I can't even say." I say with a giggle.
