Ferncloud: *I lean into Smoketail* He'll visit you in your dreams.
Lionheart: *I walk to Smoketail.* You need a deputy, now. You'll have to pick one before Moonhigh (Midnight).
Stonefur: *I walk off*

St: "I know, I'm still thinking." I was, about who the evil horse might be and who I could be positively absolutely sure was safe to make deputy. (Angel, they're horses, they don't have powers.) "Ferncloud" i whisper "I don't think that tree fell on it's own accord. It was a srtong, healthy one, and at the time there wasn't even wind to push it over. I think... i think someone made it fall." I say quietly so only she can hear.

Ferncloud: That tree had been there forever. *I walk over to the tree and peer inside it* Look, It's rotten inside. I'm sure someone didn't push it, there are only old hoof prints near here. I don't know, dear.
Feather: *I sigh*
Ferncloud: Smoketail, go sleep. Maybe Firestar will visit you in your dreams.

i nod and sleep, still pondering who I should choose for deputy.
